Watched F1 for near 20 years, Leclerc is one of the best qualifiers i've ever seen. If Ferrari have anywhere near a competitive car, he has a good chance at pole, always.

Max was their #1 target as soon as he got a competitive car and they're trying to frame Piastri now as well as being somehow unsportsmanlike or a bad teammate.

Pérez was surprise and flop and the same time (He was faster than Max during the whole weekend, something unusual. It was his last chance to achieve a podium this season.But he crashed in the final lap.)😅😅

As a Redbull fan I hope the team can atleast get back 2nd fastest team at Baku but I think that will be difficult with Ferrari/Leclerc having good pace here and obviously McLaren which has became the overall best car.

I had a dream that Baku was a super crazy, chaotic race with multiple DNFs. I can't remember exactly but Lando either DNF'd or finished down the order and Oscar takes it home to a second win.

Saying that “predicting Max to qualify in the top 3 is crazy” is actually crazy. One “poor” qualifying on a front limited track means he’s now gone for the season? It’s still the same car he’s qualified in the top 3 in 13 of 16 qualifyings this year. The others were a p4, p6 & p7. If only the bookies thought the same I could make a motza this weekend.

I would love to see Piastri ahead and not give Lando the lead or win. It'll bring out the Villain in Lando if it hasn't already. Sometimes you must first be the villain to become the hero. They hated everyone who peaked and was dominant, Mike, Lewis, Vettel, Max, but once that runs over and it's all said and done they love you in the end

@@ksey7144 Right, I agree. I'm saying Lando needs to be more ruthless to start winning. Maybe he'll be hated in the short term but at the end everyone will appreciate what he's done just like everyone else. Remember they used to call Mike unsportsmanlike, they probably said the same about Senna and Prost at one point, they said the same about Max very early on they said he's a dirty driver, now notice they replace "dirty" and "unsportsmanlike" with "ruthless" and "killer instinct". Attributes that are highly respectable and they say necessary to be the best. Lando needs to go through that, everyone who became the best had those traits.

Coming off winning Singapore last year, Monaco this year, also on the back of Monza win.. They have the momentum to go all out again this weekend

I hope Matt that you are right about Lando and the extra edge. Its not just Monza, where for all the brilliance and guts of Piastri's move, he took advantage of knowing Lando would do everything to avoid contact and respect Papaya rules. He also knew that if they did crash Mc Laren couldn't do much about it other than a few words. Hungary and also the brush with Max will have added some steel. Hopefully he also listened to Max's I could have just stayed at home barb to the reporter that asked why he didn't yield. I have watched Lando develop in his years in F1 and his driving is beautiful, very smooth, like Jenson but faster still. There is an amazing array of talent on the F1 grid with anyone of ten or more drivers deserving of victory at times.
Also you should do a podcast about the insults and nasty social media comments. These people are ignorant, boorish trolls. They are not real fans, they're football firm members who don't get out much any more
