I found this foundation looked better hours after I applied it. It loses the powdery finish and looks natural on skin as the day wore on. It's my new favourite!

I believe when applying powder foundation, you must first apply your concealer since liquid doesn’t work well on top of powder and maybe the reason why the portion you applied concealer after powder caked up. I like bare minerals original mineral foundation definitely not their Matt and I like Laura Geller balance and brighten mineral foundation definitely not their balance and glow. I wish we could purchase samples of this - great video and demo as usual

For a powder foundation I would expect MUCH better oil control. It doesn't look *bad* but I feel like for the price it should be flawless, and not oxidize. You have beautiful skin, though. I'm jealous. 😄
I thought this foundation looked great on your skin! It seemed so smooth and blended very well onto the skin. Finally, I feel it had great lasting power as you certainly tested it out in hot/humid weather. I was surprised when you said it didn’t have a scent. That’s a plus. 💜💚💜
I have been loving the Jouer hydrate & set powder to set my under eyes. It’s so nice but I’m so excited to try this powder as well. I would use it on top of liquid foundation for me personally. ❤️❤️

I saw that review as well.. the only powder foundation that has worked for me is Mac studio fix powder + foundation i have used it since 2006 daily but it has been breaking me out.. a part of me wants to test this out but i have spent so much on testing other powder foundations and I always go back to mac. The one that came close is MUFE velvet powder foundation.

Hey Nikkia, thanks for yet another awesome and honest review, especially for us oily gals! I noticed you opted for shade 290 - are you the same shade in the Fenty pro filter matte foundation? I am a lot deeper than you (medium deep/tan) and I wear 280 in the liquid but because it sets on me to several shades darker (I am super, super oily). Just wondering if the same is true for this powder foundation and therefore I should expect shade 280 to set much darker, or I will need to rediscover what my match is in the powder version.

I use a powder foundation and I have the most difficult time covering my dark circles under my eyes. I have had so much trouble covering without emphasizing my under eye wrinkles. I tried using concealer before the powder foundation but I don't feel like anything is really effective. Any tips?
Kind of late but I used to have the same problem, try using a color corrector before concealer, look for a pink one (light skin), peach one (medium skin), or red color (dark skin) hope this help!
I’m wondering if that’s oxidizing or her bronzer? Because her neck and chest are the same color as her face. Usually you’d see a line of demarcation where the oxidized foundation ends and the skin with no makeup begins.

I like the Hydramist powder from Becca. it blurres my pores and the skin looks so natural.
I will definitely be buying this product!. Especially now in summer, I don’t like wearing too much makeup cause it feels icky on hot days.
