In recent years, Sea-Doo has been making news with its PWC advancements: more speed, groundbreaking technology and, unfortunately, higher price tags. Budget models, while lots of fun and competent, lacked the pizzazz found in their higher-horsepower brethren, but not anymore. Unveiled at a press conference at Hutchinson Island, Fla., the three-seater GTI 130 blew us away with its modern and muscular "flowing facets" styling, a host of ergonomic enhancements and a price point of less than $9,000.
