My adhd child gets so mad when I say a simple “ok”. 😂now I wonder if it’s because she wasn’t successful in getting the reaction.
That would make perfect sense :)
I appreciate the succinct delivery. I can do that. Thank you.
Any time!
I started doing this and each of my adhd kids had a day or two of really difficult and emotional behavior (even by their standards) and after that things improved
I very, very much needed this video five years ago.
I needed it when my son was younger as well.
@@ADHDDude My oldest is 8, with ADHD, and I suffer from it as well. I struggle mightily with letting go and not letting him bait me into a shouting match.
Omg ! Thank you so much for this video! It’s something I have had a hard time with my son ! This makes so much sense
Glad it was helpful!
Hey Can You make a video next about kids with adhd lying next! Thank you I’m a big fan 🎉

Yes that's right but my son 11 yr old (diagnosed with ADHD) then asks me that why am I not paying attention to him during arguments. It's so difficult to avoid arguments with him. He will give threats like he wouldn't do hw etc. and he would actually not do then
He's asking that because he's trying to manipulate you emotionally to get what he wants. It's a very common tactic kids with ADHD use. ua-cam.com/video/GIP8TNLdTgo/v-deo.htmlsi=u6I01tJOmec1LhmK
So good!!!
