I found the cake that is made on microwave mode turned out to get rubbery and little hard after few hours. But this recipe goes well on convection mode. Also, I think we should add little sugar in ganache bcz it has lots of dark chocolate. I found it little bitter so added some icings sugar over it! Thanks for the recipe and idea though. In love with all your recipes. I have tried most of them and they turned out so well.

Baking powder can be skipped in brownie but it adds a good lift to them!
