This track in GT3 is more beautiful than the one in GT4, and the engine sound is more pleasant in Gran Turismo 3 ;-; But the gameplay and colors are better in GT4

This sound is created by a supercharger or turbo when they are open. Kuzunori did a mistake with both. You can hear them when you are inside of the car or in front of them. Not in the back. Behind the car you should listen only the engine sound.
I love Gran Turismo for the PlayStation 1. I haven't had so much experince with the PlayStation 2 in the past and was looking to see what's up with Gran Turismo 3 and came upon this video. I think both Gran Turismo games 3 and 4 look cool. Cool video. ^_^

Gran Turismo 4 was way ahead of Gran Turismo 3. I absolutely love the GT series but GT3 was a massive disappointment back in the day.

@@Parmie that depends whether ur on the pal (europe) version or the ntsc (us) im not sure about the japanese version tho.
PAL version has floaty and really sensitive handling, NTSC has slow and weighty handling and feels so much better

This video is 1080p, but I’m running on 6x native (4K) when running on both games on the PCSX2 emulator.

IMO, GT3 had a higher quality. GT4 had way more in it, but it came at a cost track and physics wise. GT4 had higher quality car models though. Interesting seeing what they prioritized back then considering how they'd flip that on its head not long after.

The sound logo on the right shows which sound is coming from each game. One from the top and one from the bottom. 😁
