ALOOOOHA! Rosie! Thank you so much for your time and effort that you put into making these videos. I just got a original BEZ for $39.98 NEW. 😊 just had a possible idea for you instead of using that pie pan with the hole, use a Bundt pan. It has a hole AND sort of a trough. Don’t know if that would be too tall. But it’s worth a shot. Please keep posting content. Mahalo!

I bought the big easy SRG here in the UK, it was a crazy price - £350 but still worth it in my opinion for what I get out of it. I entertained 24 people and managed to cook for all of them with burgers, sausages, etc whilst 3 chickens cooing inside the chamber. I think that model is discontinued now but the best cooking kit I've ever owned. The food tastes amazing! Great video btw :)

Mr. Simpson... you are my hero !! I was given a Big Easy as a gift by a lifelong friend and so far I have cooked two chickens. I have been watching several of your videos and I need some help. One video where you are cooking on three levels you have added a grille to cook a steak while cooking veggies and chicken parts below... I want that grille ( !! ) and now I can't find that video. So far, I am unable to locate a grille. I am in hopes of finding a 12.5" grille that will fit my Big Easy, just like yours. Did you modify a grille or did it fit out of the box ?? So much more to say, but this is a start... May God bless you and your efforts as a creative and down-home chef.

Hello Jeff I think most of my Big Easy Vids are in my Everything you need to know about the Big Easy play list. Secondly you can find the 12.5 grill grate at Lowes, Home depot, Academy or any of the big box stores but don't get stuck on the measurement you can use a 16, 17, or 20 inch grill grate it don't matter as long as it covers the hole. Thanks for the comment and feel free to hit me up anytime. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more good content.

If all else fails remove the old line and take it with you to Lowes, home depot, or a propane refill center. Hope this helps

Rosel, what’s the largest turkey you’ve cooked? The manual says 16lbs. I did a 16lb trial a few weeks ago and felt like there was a lot of extra room. The fresh turkey I picked up today is 17.4lbs. Also check out rodelle turkey brine, the stuff is amazing. If you have a po box let me know I’ll send you some to try.

All my Turkeys have been 15lbs or less (small family) but I did see a video where a guy cooked a 23lb Turkey in the BE but it looked like I would look stuffed in a Small T-shirt lol.17.4 will be no problem. As you most likely know take the internal temp up to about 163 to 167 or so and you are good. Rodelle Turkey Brine let me see if we have it local if not I will take you up on the offer. Thank you so much Thanks for watching and Happy Holidays

Hello Roses, I trust you are good. I just bought a Big Easy abs screws did not come with it. Question is do they normally come without screws? How so I attach the legs and handle?

Yes the unit comes with everything for complete assembly. If you purchased it locally I would consider returning it for a complete unit hardware included if you ordered it I would contact the seller and ask for the hardware or for a discount. Hope this was helpful, Thanks for checking in keep me updated on the outcome.

Mr. Rosel, With the Big Easy can you cook a turkey with stuffing (Dressing) in side of the turkey if you seal the cavity with tin foil or keep the dressing from falling out? To me cooking in the Big Easy would be like cooking in a oven. I have looked for video but can't find one. Can you show us if this can be done in a video? I don't have a Big easy yet but I would like to get one if this works. If this works this would open up the oven on Thanksgiving for other things like ham or breads. Please let me know if you think this is possible.

Do you have brine that does not require bringing to boil boil before hand?

    • @roselsimpson858

Yes I never boil my brine, as a matter of fact that will be the subject of tomorrows video. A simple salt, pepper, onion, lemon, thyme recipe. Soak from 1 to 24 hours. Tune in and check it out.
