Rosel, what’s the largest turkey you’ve cooked? The manual says 16lbs. I did a 16lb trial a few weeks ago and felt like there was a lot of extra room. The fresh turkey I picked up today is 17.4lbs. Also check out rodelle turkey brine, the stuff is amazing. If you have a po box let me know I’ll send you some to try.
All my Turkeys have been 15lbs or less (small family) but I did see a video where a guy cooked a 23lb Turkey in the BE but it looked like I would look stuffed in a Small T-shirt lol.17.4 will be no problem. As you most likely know take the internal temp up to about 163 to 167 or so and you are good. Rodelle Turkey Brine let me see if we have it local if not I will take you up on the offer. Thank you so much Thanks for watching and Happy Holidays
Hello Roses, I trust you are good. I just bought a Big Easy abs screws did not come with it. Question is do they normally come without screws? How so I attach the legs and handle?
Yes the unit comes with everything for complete assembly. If you purchased it locally I would consider returning it for a complete unit hardware included if you ordered it I would contact the seller and ask for the hardware or for a discount. Hope this was helpful, Thanks for checking in keep me updated on the outcome.
Mr. Rosel, With the Big Easy can you cook a turkey with stuffing (Dressing) in side of the turkey if you seal the cavity with tin foil or keep the dressing from falling out? To me cooking in the Big Easy would be like cooking in a oven. I have looked for video but can't find one. Can you show us if this can be done in a video? I don't have a Big easy yet but I would like to get one if this works. If this works this would open up the oven on Thanksgiving for other things like ham or breads. Please let me know if you think this is possible.
Yes I never boil my brine, as a matter of fact that will be the subject of tomorrows video. A simple salt, pepper, onion, lemon, thyme recipe. Soak from 1 to 24 hours. Tune in and check it out.

I don't think I have cooked a turkey or chicken stuffed but stay tuned I will see what I can do. I fail so you don't have to lol.
@@roselsimpson858 Thank you for your time, reply, and effort. And we the viewers will get another good Big Easy video.
Do you have brine that does not require bringing to boil boil before hand?
Yes I never boil my brine, as a matter of fact that will be the subject of tomorrows video. A simple salt, pepper, onion, lemon, thyme recipe. Soak from 1 to 24 hours. Tune in and check it out.
