What a sweetheart, 36 years old shouting, " I want my Mum ! " Bless him. ❣🙏
I have clients over 90y who goes around & ask & looks for their moms.
I’m a female and just turned 38 this month and I still cry for my mum and dad but it’s worse wen I’m in hospital with my lungs now because my dad died young this year and wen I have the chest drains put it I cry for him and wen I wake up from surgery I don’t remember he’s gone and they have to tell me all over again I can’t stand it it’s like losing him all over again from day 1 they have to tell me what happened to him and wen he died but after a few hours he remember it’s just awful I hate it so much because I was a daddy’s girl all tho I worship the ground my mum walk on she amazing I love her so much I still need my dad so much I love you dad ❤❤❤❤❤
I was 34 and called Mom's phone and she didn't answer so I called my dad and said "where's my mommy I think I have the flu." They were together but her phone was on silent, he just hands the phone over and said "she wants her mommy, she thinks she has the flu" 🤣 turned out to be a three week virus, this was right before COVID became a known thing so I'm pretty sure I had an early strain of COVID

Awww ... the injured motorcyclist just needing his mum! Doesn't matter how old we get does it? When things go wrong we need Mum!
Amen. I don’t know what I would do if something like this happened to one of my elderly parents. They are not only my parents but they are my best friends. My dad is 80 and my mom is 77.
I'm 66 my mom 87 and I wanted her when I went through chemo. She came to me talk me through the 8 weeks of treatment.
I haven't needed my mom since I was like 14. Not everyone has a reliable family
I'm 58 and still want mine, but she cpassed in 2008, sadly.
My son was hit off his motorbike in 2015 and the car ran him over then he was dragged underneath until the car hit stop sign and stopped he was lucky to survive he had multiple injuries then in 2022 he had another accident and he died from it 😢 these dr's nurses everyone who works on patients and ambos police etc etc do a fantastic job i know that i couldn't do it
So sorry, suzieQ! I'm so sad for your loss!
❤❤❤❤
I am so very sorry for your loss!
I’m very sorry for the loss of your son. It’s likely been such a hard time for you. RIP to your beautiful boy! 💕
@@renb6133 thank you so much for your kind words miss him so much xx
From a St John Vic first responder - thank you Dr Martin Dutch!!! Legend
He is such a cutie 💝
Oh bless Ray "just love that girl' after 51 years of marriage
My dad says the same thing about mum after almost 58 years. It’s beautiful
I feel very sorry for Ray. It seems he suffered for a long time, with his terrible condition and we know how much he loved his lovely wife and three little dogs. He went through so much trying everything possible to get well and live a happy life with them.❤
I'd love to thanks and pat the backs of all those emergency medical staff. They're real heroes.
I like the phrase she used at the beginning. I've noticed on here that they call their patients ill, very ill or sick. The phrase she used was, "we have a broken person"! So much more accurate.
That motorcycle rider - my best friend's son had the same thing happen to him. Except his broken femur ripped out his femoral artery, and he didn't make it.
WE NEED TO WATCH FOR CYCLISTS!!
I really don’t think motorcycles are worth it to lose your life
Motorcycle riders also need to follow traffic rules & watch out
The ending really got me 😢. Poor guy, I hope he is in a better place now.
Oh John. Bless you.
Dear fellow bikers:
Please wear your leathers. Always.
Even though they might not be able to prevent every injury imaginable, your gear can absolutely save your bacon.
Had a giggle at the doc saying "in case I need to cut a hole in this guy's neck'. I'm sure the nurse would have understood 'in case he needs a tracheostomy'.
Yes let's hope she learned something from 3.5y in university..
I get your point, but idk felt kind of disrespectful toward nurse's. It's a HARD education & job.. they can't be idiots to made it trough & can be used in an ER. That takes some special skills!
❤ love muma bear, watching these professionals do there jog is amazing, thank goodness for them ❤
My mum is a nurse has been for 38 years and she is amazing at her job she works all hour’s Christmas new year no matter what she is always at work she cares so much and she’s there wen people are at there worst possibly dying and she can’t help her self she stays with them all the way threw and when they are well enough to go home after weeks she still calls to see how they are doing so I no wen she’s on shift who ever gets rushed threw will feel safe cares for loved and safe she loves her job and won’t retire at all I ask her all the time she says I can’t they need me I’m like well we need you two god bless you all love from uk Yorkshire
Punctuation works.
God bless your mom. ❤❤ God bless you and your family for giving up the time that's yours with her, to us. We need her so badly but so do you.❤❤
Matthew went through the windscreen - a seat belt would have prevented that and likely most of his injuries. Please, wear seat belts and make sure everyone in the vehicle has one on too - a body flying around can kill everyone else in a vehicle, be safe friends!
The fact he hit a parked car is also a worry.
Motorbike accidents are awful. I don’t understand how people can put themselves at that level of risk every day. My brother lost a friend to a motorbike accident, and it was the same as most of these accidents. It isn’t the bike rider that drives poorly, it’s the rest of the people.
Please 😊 look at my comment regarding MC. 😊
This is why we learn to ride like we are invisible. Because in some cases, we actually are. We disappear behind A-pillars or trees or parked cars. It is also nearly impossible for car drivers to judge how fast we are going, especially if they see us head on. From any other motorist‘s perspective we appear like a bolt from the blue with them having zero time to react. As a motorcycle rider you have to think for everyone else and be prepared for other people doing completely dumb shit. Mentally you need to be at least 50 meters ahead of your bike and anticipate other people’s actions. You must never get „behind the bike“, i.e. into a state where you are purely reactive instead of proactive. This is where many bikers fall short, because they often just focus on what is directly in front of them.
Some of us (me included) wear hi-vis gear. It’s not because we think it’s fashionable or because we like looking like a radioactive banana. We want others to see us.
@@DeputatKaktus……well said………
Mama G your a superhero ❤
Have some scot in my history and to hear "wee" reminds me of my great grandfather who was from Edinburgh
I am an American. I can clearly understand the Scotish Dr. I have more trouble understanding the accents in Great Britain. ❤
Australian?
Australian accents are cool too
I love accents………..unless I’m talking to the tech people at Comcast😂
This is in Australia : )
My heart broke for John
Dear Ray what a lovely lovely man x
To Raymond and your family you was a fighter and a wonderful person I would love to have met you and your family I just hope you passed over peacefully and pain free with your lovely wife by your side it was so clear how much you love your wife and your little dogs god bless you Raymond and your family I hope he lives on three your memories and your heart you wil be missed by people that didn’t even know you rest in peace Raymond love to your wife from uk Yorkshire ❤
Rest In Peace Raymond. 🙏
Great series, but please please tone down the background sound ,it is distracting. We know these are emergencies, we don’t need added stimulus . Annoying for a great video.
I agree the background music, etc is too loud
That's the television program, not the UA-cam channel.
Lol, you do know its the editing from the show not the uploader?
I Love Mama 🐻
I would love Dr Mya to be my dr....
Why was John left alone? Did someone call his mom? 😢
his Mum was in Tasmania he was in Victoria
Silly I know but their masks make them look like ducks. Guy on ketamine probably thinks he's hallucinating.
Well they're doing the job! Duck sized or not, it's a great mask shape.
The gold one looks like a duck-billed platypus.
@Just Visiting YES!! I remember that episode. Flashback
Now I can't unsee the "ducks". 🤣
no one cares about how they look when they are SO UNCOMFORTABLE to use for hours & hours & do physical Labour & not being able to drink whenever.
I think i have permanent indents in my earn now
……re: Matthew. If his seat belt is pretensioned, why would his head hit the windscreen? A pretensioned seatbelt ‘grabs’ you, & you move no where…………
Every ER needs more"Momma bears"
……two moving machines’ I’d NEVER ride………motorbikes’, or quad bikes’. But I do enjoy horse riding, & have done so since an 8yo, with multiple falls’, but with no serious injury whatsoever………
I would caress every scared/anxious/uncomfortable patient's face, head and forehead. I think it's something most moms do to their kids so maybe that makes it better.
To sassy, I am so sorry for your loss.
Doctors: I need blood. Can you get me blood? Get me his blood.
Vampire believer: 👀💦
Loathe motorcycles.
"It's just a little panic attack"
No it isn't. The nausea is a reaction to the Ketamine
But thanks for telling him it's all in his head. Patients like that.
A lot
I hate that there are so many blood transfusions yuck!😮
Then why are you watching a real life medical programme??
Not every situation is the same but I hate that there are so many blood transfusions.
I have auto brewery. Most doctors and nurses never heard of that.every time eat carbs i get really drunk sometimes 5 times over the legal limit. I don’t drink alcohol because I can drunk from food
That must be so frustrating. I’ve heard of that, and I can’t imagine.
Matt has nail polish on?
Why is a person allowed to participate in a contact sport with a Spinal injury & under the care of specialist..I think its totally irresponsible on The Clubs involved & irresponsible of Kaitlin as she is 18yrs old..This irresponsible behavior is a blight on Emergency services..maybe take up swimming.
As long as the injury was stable at the time and not causing any problems you can do it. Sports clubs have physios and doctors its not like she was doing it on purpose? If you want to play feel free imo.
No help to pray to god either than psycolocigal.. maybe talk to the Dr instead with the knowledge & tools to actually save you..
Are you atheist?? Why not pray?? How do you know that God won’t answer his prayers????
Call for anyone when you are in a state of distress. And you mean 'other' and 'psychologically'.
The word is disoriented, NOT disorientated. Keep reading books people!!!
You're disorientated. You thought you were watching an American program but this is Australian. Australia uses British English, where your "disoriented" is actually "disorientated". So, um...keep reading, yep. 😉 Try some British or Australian authors 👍😁
'Disorientated' is a word that has been a part of British English for well over 400 years. And what are 'books people'? You need a comma between the two. Keep reading, right?
Why do these doctors have to take the Lords name in vain!!😢
Because they work ⚒ more on the case than god doses. 😊
Compared to similar shows done in the UK, the blood and injuries on this one don't look authentic.
How so?
...what? 😐
That's right. The blood and injuries are completely fake so as to not concern sensitive souls, and indeed the medical staff are all actors. Thought you knew this.
They are real. No actors/make up here.
I'm being facetious, should anyone wonder.
