500 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
4 large Egg Yolks, at room temperature
40 gr Caster Sugar
40 gr Cornstarch
50 gr Unsalted Butter (part 1) soft, at room temperature
150 gr Unsalted Butter (part 2) soft, at room temperature
150 gr Praline Paste
