or it could be like tiny tina. were you can multiclass. you could chose a character specific skill but then use skills from all previous vault hunters ( that are no siren, siren should be specific for only one of the options). that way you could be a siren as well as a hunter, soldier or berserk.
Something to note at 0:40, the buildings on the ground are the same form of structure, shape and general design/architecture of the eridian ruins and arches seen in bl3, from things like guardian takedown. So, I don't think we have a new group of aliens to deal with, outside there being possibly whoever picked up the psycho mask.

My only request is PLEASE lower the drop rates for legendary gear. Borderlands 3 was just handing them out from the start of the game, and it really took the pride and joy of finding good loot, which is really the ultimate goal.
I mean yea legendary drops were frequent but just because it was legendary didn’t mean it was good in bl3. You had to get god rolls on them tailored to your build.

@@SSlash id say bl2 is pretty decent for its droprates aside from endgame where it drowns you in it, the problem stems from the fact that the legendaries can be pure dogshit in the first place for the effort you put in, tweak the stats on it to where a legendary is almost always gonna be in a pretty good state, just that you can occasionally get a banger.
They are very late to this trend of "Goofy game turns serious and dark for one entry." I think that was like a decade ago, but after the writing of BL3, I think it's welcomed.
@uncaringdisc24 I hated the multiple vaults and the vault keys. They were supposed to be very very rare to the point of myth. Like in 2, the idea of a vault key was unheard of and when they found out, everyone was shocked. Then 3 comes along and it's common knowledge and almost all the corporations have one. Didn't make sense. That and how common Legendaries were. Just so dumb.

If you go frame by frame at around 1:18 (you can use , and . on the keyboard to go frame by frame) a mask that looks *kind of* like the Handsome Jack mask pops up on the screen for a split second. Honestly though unless they somehow brought back Anthony Burch to write for the game I wouldn't be excited for any Handsome Jack content

My only request is PLEASE lower the drop rates for legendary gear. Borderlands 3 was just handing them out from the start of the game, and it really took the pride and joy of finding good loot, which is really the ultimate goal.
I mean yea legendary drops were frequent but just because it was legendary didn’t mean it was good in bl3. You had to get god rolls on them tailored to your build.

Swear to god there was times I'd farm on there for like 2-3 hours getting like 30 kills on something and either getting random legendaries or just 2 or 3 bad rolls, when so much of the endgame is reliant on that shit its insane how seemingly little they wanted you to have fun lol
@@SSlash id say bl2 is pretty decent for its droprates aside from endgame where it drowns you in it, the problem stems from the fact that the legendaries can be pure dogshit in the first place for the effort you put in, tweak the stats on it to where a legendary is almost always gonna be in a pretty good state, just that you can occasionally get a banger.
They are very late to this trend of "Goofy game turns serious and dark for one entry."
I think that was like a decade ago, but after the writing of BL3, I think it's welcomed.

@uncaringdisc24 I hated the multiple vaults and the vault keys. They were supposed to be very very rare to the point of myth. Like in 2, the idea of a vault key was unheard of and when they found out, everyone was shocked. Then 3 comes along and it's common knowledge and almost all the corporations have one. Didn't make sense. That and how common Legendaries were. Just so dumb.

I knew they were going to announce this after the movie, Perfect time to remind people why they loved this franchise in the first place... the VIDEO GAMES.
Not everything needs to be a franchise. It's totally fine to enjoy a thing, and then that thing stands alone and is awesome. Borderlands 1&2 didn't go anywhere. The more you try to milk a product and turn it into a franchise, the more you enshittify it. Take a look at CoD, Assassin's Creed, Alien, Terminator, etc. So far, as far as main Borderlands titles go, 1 and 2 were well received, 3 was hated for all of the reasons that matter, The Pre Sequel was divisive, the movie sucked, and now we have a teaser for 4. In what way are you excited for a thing that has more bad iterations than good?

Okay so am I understanding this trailer right? Elpis with Lilith (is that her?) towing it, is traveling along and crashes into a giant glass cloaking shield that is hiding a planet. IIRC, based on the Atlas tower in the background, the planet Elpis is crashing into is Promethea. Then, cut to a guardian on Promethea uncovering a flaming psycho mask. Seems pretty dope. Since BL3 I have had a theory that Lilith will be the villain for BL4 so now I'm really curious what's up.

0:41 the scene where asteroids / fire is raining down, you can briefly see in the background on the right side signs of a civilization. Theres 3 buildings you can see and they look advanced. Wonder who dwells on that planet (and who the robot arm person is)
