Excellent thanks for posting. Super similar to Uechi for sure.

Interesting; after the third thrusting sequence, he starts his closing movements the middle of which look very much like the closing movements of Southern Mantis Saam Bo Chin.

I wonder if this is a Hakka Chinese martial art? Because if so, that would lead me to believe there is a connection between southern praying mantis, wing chun(maybe wing chun), uechi ryu, southern whooping crane and 5 ancestor kung fu. They all seem to have this tension exercise with small steps. What differs are the hand positions when thrusting out and some have longer and shorter sequences which include different attacks. None seem to have extrenous positions like Shaolin's xiao hong chuan or da Hong chuan. Although I prefer the practice of shaolin forms the Uechi ryu sanchin always appealed to me. To be able to use your fingers in unarmed combat is pretty hard. You can break your fingers easily BUT if you manage to condition them without deforming them, then you have a solid tool in your kit. Thrusts to the eyes or even using the tips if the fingers to flick or slap right around the eye sockets can bring you a tactical advantage.

Isnt this the style of Sifu Shu Shi Wa?? Kanbun Uechi's Teacher?? I've read it was a form of tiger boxing of southern china

That is what I read also. If this is the style of sho shi wa (it look remarkably close to the sanchin of uechi ryu) then for once a mystery behind one of the most deadly karate styles is unraveled. I dont practice karate forms except for the sanchin from uechi and even then only the part with the finger thrusts. I might try to practice this instead.

Fuxhou tiger boxing. Ok is this style has a link with tiger wushu style? Is this style older than white crane? Because the tension kata of white crane was very much copy to karate sanchin Goju Ryu style.

it is so funny how so many in the comments with limited experience in most of the styles you speak on and theorize about. it's even more funny that the overaall connection in most Chinese martial arts by location and style is obviously missing in your home work. were that not true many of the below comments would never see the light of day. a good thing o might add lol.
