Good video :v👍
This feels like an Ant-Man POV video.
Can you make Attack On titan on First Person View With Eren founding titan stading on the ground of the city pls
7:45 This reminds me of microfilm; who remembers that?
You Forgot Microscopic Betty Bopp Can Compar To Hole Of Needle?
I just love the fact that there are people out there who make microscopic artwork that nobody will ever be able to see with the naked eye FOR SCIENCE!
two reasons. it breaks a record, and the lessons learned could be implemented into other applications
@@Shattered3582you missed the third reason: haha funny small thing
Seriously. this channel is such a joke!
I remember an anecdote about a company that produced what they said was the world's smallest drill and sent it to Japan for measurement to confirm and Japan sent it back with a hole drilled in it.
I could drill a hole in a smaller drill than my drill.
The drill bit is much smaller than the drill after all.
lmao i remember that
@@michaeln6142 yeah lol
sounds like an urban legend^^
i bet they sent it from Japan to Germany and back...
Edit: and when this happens, you can friggin tell this is the highest standard^^
Edit2: Yes i am german and i do not understand humor.... For all who might ask^^
@@bobabier5394 I did say it was an anecdote. I didn’t say if it was true. I tried looking it up before posting, but I couldn’t confirm it, which is why I called it an anecdote. Very well could be an urban legend.
Coming from a long time subscriber (from a previous channel of mine) I remember when you just did simplified comparisons of sizes and stuff. You've seriously upped the ante with the effects over the years, and the amount of work you've been putting into your more recent videos has been really showing! Great job and congrats on your achievements, dude. Hope this comment finds you well, and I hope you're having a blessed day✌️

I dont lnow why people are complaining about formats when the work you do is extraordinary
heart but no comments?
I love all their work. i dont even consider their other stuff a format change, just a different way to make more content more interesting and to show off their skills with their programs and whatever interests them to keep making content.
people? complaining? formats? 🤷♂
I like that this one isn't just zooming in or just zooming out. The fact that it switches focus from one tiny space to another makes it more dynamic in my opinion
I like when you zoom in you see dust particles. That music is amazing.
Time!!

Too small to even be in the video
"Sir we made a microscopic sculpture!"
Is it another fucking snowman?
"...no?"
...
"It's another elephant..."
I actually DID laugh out loud.
My first thought on seeing the Mini Lisa was that Leonardo da Vinci would have been both utterly *gobsmacked* and absolutely *fascinated* by it and probably asked about a million questions of its creator in a torrent of nerdy delight.
He would have LOVED it, absolutely
But probably also confused to why out of all the paintings in the world it is that one people are so obsessed with
I always wondered how CDs worked. No wonder a simple scratch can ruin it
A radial scratch. CDs can deal with many scratches, actually.
CDs actually have a functionality baked in that allows them to still read the data even if you drill a small hole in them. So a single scratch shouldn’t kill it unless it’s a very big one
@@qazplmm632 But it does skip the data where that scratch is.
The important layer is actually on top of the "plastic" where you'd normally write on. Try find an unwanted CD and scratch off the top layer
@@beLIEve77I found that out the hard way, back when CDs were new I wrote on one with a ball point pen. Absolutely ruined it. It was a disc of data for our programmers, they had to send a courier across town to retrieve another one and they were not happy with me.
Humans are so amazing at creating things. We need to focus less on destroying each other and more on building with each other.
Them's fight'n words
yay the old format is back
Yes, I will try to have a balance between old and new formats.
Best video make new video similar
@@MetaBallStudiosthe designs of computer motherboards are awesome. They look like futuristic cities to me.

2:46 bro that actually made me jump irl
All these years I have read the name of channel as "MetalBallsStudio", but today I noticed that is actually "MetaBallStudio"..
I've seen comments from people, who thought that it is called "meatball", "metanball", "metallball" and etc., so you're not the only one!
Ditto!
I`ve always read it as MetaBallStudios. Metal or Meat never occured to me.
I read it as MeatBallStudio
@@grabisen lol
Very nice and inspired this one and I would love for MetaBallStudios to make a video about the subatomic world on a human scale one day. Or to continue the video about Avogadro's number (mole) showing us how much space a mole of Earths, suns, galaxies etc would take up.
The smallest ones are all just art. Nothing practical, just art. I kind of love that.
I just want to say thank you from heart for making videos...this is many miles beyond anything we have ever seen on TV. Your videos should be in schools.
7:45 What is this? A Sunday School for ants?!
Haha.
No, its too small for ants.
It's in Jerusalem. There is a stand where you can read it using a microscope.
Actually really cool to see how the light becomes darker the smaller you get, as light tends to "lose it's shinyness" in the micro world (which is exactly why we need a super bright light directly under a sample when observing through a microscope). Also the same applies about the focus, which would be extremely hard and need to be fine tuned in order to focus a camera in these little things
Willard Wigan is a brilliant and fascinating artist - I'd recommend learning about his life and work if you're at all interested in the miniature sculptures showcased here.
Met him, we are both from Birmingham UK. He is a pleasant and humble man, one of the best.
Fabulous! Thanks, MetaBall!!
One of your best, excellent stuff!
Things so small, makes a penny seem like a galaxy
Thanks for adding the animation "The Kid and His Atom"
The motherboard looks like a tiny futuristic metropolis
I love the old fashioned style
That was really good, thank you! Music selections were perfect.
It's very interesting! The graphic of this video is fantastic! Great job! ❤😀👍👏
I think this is your best directed video ever! I love the lab framing device and all the different pans in and out. Mind bending!
I can't stop reading it as Meatballstudio
Oh no...
*LET ME UNSEE THIS!!!*
The format is cool! It’s back!
That's a new level of photorealism and cinematography. Amazing! :-O
what animation videos would you like to do next, mbs?
What a voyage this video is. Incredible music choice! Thank you MetaBallStudios!
Brutal, simplemente, brutal.
One of the best animated stories I've seen in my life, no exaggeration
Wow that new testament printed on a microchip is amazing.
Love the sounds effects and the music, so important in a video!
What’s crazy is that the embryo by Willard Wigan is not just a carpet fiber, but one of those tiny little flecks you see floating in the sunlight as it comes through the window. A literal speck of dust. Then he collected a hair by rubbing the side of his face and grabbing it from between his fingerprint. And he drilled a hole length wise into that hair to insert the embryo sculpture.
istg meta, you are the GOAT
That was wonderfully enlightening!
Every MetaBallStudios videos; but wait, there's more !
Incredible video as always on incredibly small things. Hard to imagine how these things were made. Thanks for the added info.
Sci-fi stuff is always awesome, but this is the coolest vid to date to me!
wow, the transitions are flawless!
the visualization is amazing
This was absolutely amazing...

@@phils4634you’d need glasses as thick as tank armour.
I love this format and topic, brilliant animation !
Quedaron epico los objetos pequeños, Álvaro
The animation keeps getting better and better!
I had a thought that the 3rd Antman movie would've been so much better if he were just at this size exploring around these real-life microscopic objects.
Your videos never cease to amaze me. Thank you, they’re brilliant.
I think this is one of the best videos ever done on this channel
Fantastic, this is your best work yet
impressive work as usual, thanks a lot!
Imagine what it would be like to stumble upon any of these a million years from now, and consider the fact that no one ever will. Kinda makes you wonder what's the smallest ancient thing we're missing out on.
This is just fascinating. Thank you for a great video
The music could be an intro to Ramalana.
(Edit)
I really really really love your work. Thank you.
I had the pleasure of meeting Willard Wigan (Creator of the Lady Liberty microsculpture) a few years ago. He’s incredibly talented and was incredible interesting to talk to
Legend says the cameraman is still shrinking to this day
Wonderful! I think this is my fave video of yours so far!
Outstanding filmmaking. Exceptional work.
¡La pucha con los chirimbolitos !. Excelente trabajo, muchas gracias.
Imagine dropping a penny not knowing there was a tiny Mona Lisa on it.
Wow! This is so cool!
Beautifully done ❤
Fantastic video. The graphical quality was top notch. The ENTIRE New Testament on Silicone was simply amazing! 😮
Keep up the great work and thank you.

Espectacular como siempre Álvaro ❤❤❤
Animations getting better and better
Incredible!
I like these size comparison videos!! I do miss regariw comparisons though. But yours is a classic for me!! 😊
Bloody hell. Mind blowing.😮
So very fascinating!
I've long been guilty of thinking we're biased toward building big, forgetting that some of the most complicated works are on the other extreme of the scale. Whoa. 😮
It’s super well done 👍
The coin is missing its ridges, ridges were added to coins because the people that ran the banks and issued usurious loans for profit would also clip the edges of coins (which were smooth at the time) effectively stealing the precious metals they were made out of, which would diminish the actual value of the coin
Pennies don't have ridges. Only dimes and quarters do.
@@EvanMe you right wytboi
Imagine making one of these for so long and you accidentally dropped it off the table.
I didn't even know an AFM probe was a thing until I watched this video.
THAT WAS WONDERFUL
That statue of liberty is a perfect fit.
The difference in snowman size between McMaster's and Western's one is INSANE. Both are very similiar Canadian universities.
Absolutely incredible I love this stuff
this is my favourite of your videos, well done and bravo to the composer of the music
truly a work of art
I love the little dust particles flying here and there when it’s zoomed in (they’re supposed to be dust particles right?)
justamente estaba pensando en que hicieras un video sobre lo mas pequeño echo por el hombre bajo el microscopia como los transistores de un procesador
The section on microscopic art is fascinating. How the hell do you even begin to figure that out?
The next time I walk, there will always a possibility in my mind that I'm stepping on a super small masterpiece that some scientists accidentally dropped
Absolutelly amazing!!
I had no idea there was a such tiny stop motion film created.
Germs- we got a whole museum in here
I've also heard about a team of programmers and microbiologists who programmed e. Coli bacteria to play Doom (it would apparently take a few thousand years to actually finish a game, though)
I love this. Thanks for sharing
