With my 55 lb bow shooting off the shelf using carbon shafts, I use 340 spine and a heavier head, about 200 grains, flies perfect overall weight is about 11gr per pound.

@@AlanOdinson yes, it’s absolutely intentional, more mass up front makes up for lower speeds with a longbow and hits harder

Is the Mongolian bow in your other recent video one that you made? Are you going to be selling those?
