The Tea Cup Knot is one of the products of my explorations into three dimensional decorative knots. Starting off as a woven bight variant of the Good Luck Knot, its finishing technique makes it so much more!
Tie by JD of Tying It All Together.
Wow you have an amazing ability to see the spacial imagery of these beautiful creations!
does anyone else find this slightly hypnotic and calming
I love these videos.....this one in particular is great for jewelery earrings, pendants. Your rounded stone or whatever your using can be placed and glued in the teacup. Of course your using very fine twine......little time consuming but cute:) THX for the videos.
cool JD ,keep making the videos they are great.
excellent vid, thanks very much! clear and not too fast. I'm not even a beginner, cos I find it hard to follow static pics and most vids are either too fast or you can't see clearly what is being done. this is great, and think I'll make it my first project, thanks again
I always look fwd to watching your new videos. Great work!
Amazing! I have worked on basic knots from Lydia Chen's Complete Book of Chinese Knotting, and I am very impressed with your creativity and skill.
