Nice maiden on the 22. Flight management around the sun is a pain. One of those round sunshields on a stand would be handy.

Thanks for the video. Can I ask what transmitter you were using? I'm just starting out and want to buy a decent one that will kinda do everything but still some what affordable. I really like it telling you how much flight time without physically looking at the radio.

I use a Spektrum DX9. With 9 channels I've only had one jet(SU47) that I used all 9 channels, but that also means you need a receiver with at least 9 channels(AR10360T). On the majority of my jets i just use 6 channels(throttle, Aileron, Elevator, Rudder, Gear, Flaps) on transmitter and a 6 channel receiver(AR630). Back to the transmitter- you can program the timer to beep or voice at various intervals in the countdown. You can also program it to play sounds too. If you watch the F14 video I just posted listen closing at 1:30 where sound clip is played when the wings sweep back. DX9 is the previous generation("i" versions are out now) but it does everything I need. You can find DX9s on ebay for around $300. If you are just starting I strongly suggest using the spektrum receivers with SAFE. SAFE will automatically level your plane if you get in trouble. I can't tell you how many planes it has saved. Every plane I have has it. If you don't know how to fly hopefully there is a field close by with an instructor. If you've never flown I suggest something like a eFlite Turbo Timber which comes with a SAFE receiver. Then if you want to move to jets a eFlite Habu is a very good starter jet which can fly slow too. Then the eFlite F15. After that you should able to fly any intermediate jet you want and have experience setting up jets and how to fly/land them. After 3 years I still struggle landings. Any way hopefully that helps --have a questions let me know.
