I just picked up a cheap 3-door astra G 1.6 16v 101hp. I'm actually amazed how agile it is. I was on the autobahn driving 100km/h in 5th gear, I floored it, and how quick it picked up to 160km/h is amusing but also shocking to me. I'm starting to like this thing...

Hab es mal auf stolze 210 km/h geschafft. Selber Motor (1,6 16V), aber Caravan. Natürlich mit Rückenwind und vollem Schwung in die Bergsenke rein. Ich vermisse dieses Auto! War ne geile Zeit und stets zuverlässig.

If your steering wobbles then it will be the fault of the tires or the mechanical arms. Mine is 31 years old and the only problem is that it consumes like a Porsche 😂

leider gar nicht, mehr als 130-140 fühlt sich sehr unsave und Kraftstoff wird zu viel und schnell verbrennt

So ab 160 quält sich der alte Opa... ähm... Opel... trotzdem respektable Leistung für gerade mal 100 PS (PS: Mein Megane I 1.6 16V (107 PS) hat regelmäßig 16V-Astra's aufgefressen).
