    Not so much content on UA-cam about this particular subject. I do a lot of workout work, but it seems not so cleverly, because I felt these muscles only now. This is going to be life changing for me. Thank you.

    I am 28 and suffered an injury at the C7 vertebra. The MRI results came back with “spondylosis.” It’s been 3.5 months since the injury and I am still having pain all throughout the thoracic/cervical region. When I do these exercises I get pain on the spine… should I continue doing them if it causes pain? I may be trying to lift too heavy of weights

      Hi Alex. Thank you for the comment. Sorry to hear about you back and your pain. You are right that when doing the exercises you should not feel increased pain from resting on your spine. You are right to ease back the weights or stop those exercises for now. Have you tried any other exercises that don't cause pain?

    can i still do this? i have thoracic dextroscoliosis and thoracic spondylosis 😭😭

      Thank you for watching. It may be possible, however there may be some more specific exercises for scoliosis that could be beneficial. Are you doing any specific exercises for scoliosis?

    is thoracic spondylosis permanent? I'm 34 and got it from bad posture.

      Hi Brandoon. Thank you for watching. Spondylosis is a descriptive term to describe changes of the vertebra, intervertebral disc's and/or joints. The changes that occur do not always correlate to pain and functional impairment. For instance a person with larger changes on an x-ray, MRI, or CT scan may not necessarily be in more pain than someone with smaller changes. This means that management will typically be based on your pain and symptoms. The success of your management program will depend on how well your symptoms are managed and prevented.       Hi Aishwarya. Yes, these exercises can be beneficial for those with or without thoracic spondylosis. There is also a playlist more specifically for cervical spondylosis.
