Oh Tom what a crazy workout dripping in sweat 💦 okay I did first set with 24 kgs of weights and second set with 30 kgs weights and with 12 kgs dumbbells 6kg each❤ love from India ❤
Hi Tom just done day two and have two small problem 1, I’ve only have Argos barbell and only have one dumbbell so the dumbbells I use only my body weight

You can probably do most of this with a barbell only. Get yourself a pair of dumbbells when you get a chance! 💪🏼
