    This is amazing! THANK YOU for the alternative to the lunge! You are the best! The rest days on this are perfect for me - gives me a day to run and then an actual rest day! This lift series is totally my jam!

    Just completed day 2! Loved the variation. My legs were like jelly by the end but love that feeling knowing I've had a good workout 😊

    Oh Tom what a crazy workout dripping in sweat 💦 okay I did first set with 24 kgs of weights and second set with 30 kgs weights and with 12 kgs dumbbells 6kg each❤ love from India ❤

    Hi Tom just done day two and have two small problem 1, I’ve only have Argos barbell and only have one dumbbell so the dumbbells I use only my body weight

      You can probably do most of this with a barbell only. Get yourself a pair of dumbbells when you get a chance! 💪🏼
