    Man, this is sweet. Thanks to you I unknowingly have a great home setup: Barbell with lots of weight options, a kettlebell, callisthenics and running. It is all because of your channel 😂
    I also finally found a way to balance it all out with recovery. The goal is to be in peak condition within 6 months.

    I loved that my engine was pumping the whole workout. Compound movements with little rest gets that heartbeat moving.

    Love your lift series me and my mum are doing it nearly there. Btw I'll do your titan30 next can you give me suggestions what should be done after that?

    First leg workout after a while cos I started running last Q4 2024. Great one and definitely stayed at zone 4 hr at the last set. LFG

      I use a rogue 10kg shorter barbell as I’m limited on space. I use standard Olympic diameter rubber coated plates. Some from rogue and some I purchased years ago but design isn’t much different. Don’t have links but just type 10kg barbell into rogue website
