  • after spending some quality time in kathmandu, matty and i were convinced to go on a famous nepali trek. in my mind, mount everest had always been a place where only professional hikers would be... but after an exhausting eight-day hike, even mountaineer rookies like the two of us could set foot on the planet's tallest mountain.

Donna Wilson During climbing season, Base Camp is much busier. We went in January and only saw four non-locals during our entire twelve days trek!
