The Everest base camp trek is my number one bucket list item. I'm not even close to being in good enough shape to do it right now but I want to do it someday soon. .
I will go there one day!
Thanks for sharing this!
That's the spirit! Awesome!
Very nice documentary and editing..
I just came back from Nepal ! Was at EBC on October 11th. I saw your video when you posted it a few months ago, and it's so good to see it again after the trek ! Tons of respect for you guys, I thought I would die from hypothermia and it was only -15 at Gorak Shep.. I did the Kala Patthar too, amazing view. I used your punchline "yak attack" the whole trek, and film it with my gopro many times. I hope you won't be mad at me for using it in the final cut ! I promise I'll write "Copyright - What doesn't suck" below. Thanks for this beautiful video, you're amazing. Et vive la raclette bien sûr, faut pas déconner. D'ailleurs j'en mange une ce soir, j'y ai pensé tout le trek à cause de vous.
Hahaha, awesome! Glad you survived and congrats! Hope you enjoyed the raclette too - yak attack!
How much water were you carrying in the backpack? When they mentioned they took "all the supplies for 12 days", it definitely didn't look like food or water were included :)
@@n1chr0me6 hey I just saw your answer ! Well I carried 12kg, food and water not included. I bought a water filter (brand : sawyer - micro squeeze filter) and so I could drink almost anything. Plus, on the trail you sleep in teahouses, and they provide you the food you need ! So you don't have to take it in your bag ! When they say all the supplies I guess they talk about hygiene and clothes !
I hope you`re having a lovely day. How Mt. Everest attracts tourists and builds a brand in the tourism industry. I'm doing research on this topic. please help with my questionnaire fulfill(Just take 2 minutes). I appreciate your help. My survey link www.surveymonkey.com/r/9J6NRPZ
@5:48 "This is to prove if you set your mind to something...You can do it"....So true!!!!!
This is such an awesome video!! Very complete. Thanks for the toilet view, now I know what to expect haha! My worst nightmare will be the toilet and of course the altitude sickness. 😛 Good job guys!
Haha, thanks! You'll have so much fun - we promise!
I live in between Nepal and Bhutan in India but never thought of trying this trek. But this video is surely encouraging me to do this trek in future.
Congratulations and Well Done!! This is brilliant
Thanks so much, Rashmee!
i did the ebc trek when i was 15 and it was wonderful i did it with my school thx for this video
Great courage, story/adventure, motivation, inspiration, and determination 👍👍👍
Great video guys! So inspiring! What was your fitness level before the trek? How can we know if we are able to complete this?
Thanks! It takes more determination than fitness, it is endurance more than anything. We're both fairly fit and hike a decent amount but by no means in great shape or athletes. You got it!
@@WhatDoesntSuck Appreciate your quick response! Thanks again and keep up🙏🏻
