Was coming here to point this out. Obviously, it's due to a technicality of their ground location. Despite all the Welsh honours, Shrewsbury Town have the larger capacity ground (and i guess following) have reached the QF of the Fa Cup and SF of the League Cup (although I couldn't see if they'd ever been higher than League Two). Still, TNS worth an honourable mention.
The West Midlands is not an historical county. Wolverhampton is in Staffordshire, Birmingham (Villa, Blues) is in Warwickshire etc. London is also split up by historical countys Essex, Kent, Middlesex etc..

When Portsmouth were founding the city of Portsmouth was well over double the size of Southampton with Southampton finally overtaking Portsmouth for Population in 1970 with over 50,000 more residents today. Not even taking into account the hundreds of thousands more residents in the surrounding towns of Southampton to Portsmouth. It's likely that given the starts of both Portsmouth and Southampton both will be relegated. What's interesting is the slow growth of Eastleigh as a Club. We categorised current ceremonial counties, hence Wolves are mentioned in West Midlands along with Albion.

@@nachovyofficial Plymouth was always at most a League One team, and they make one or two Championship one or two season tours but that's it.
We were in financial tatters in the early 2000s but before then League One was our hunting ground more so than League Two and Plymouth had roughly the same number of years in League One as us
