    Wow, my body is loving this. But, I've done this day twice and will do once more before I proceed to let my stiff body get even more flexible. The form you're teaching is great. I'm proud of my progress. I used to do all this many moons ago when I was in high school :)

    Wow. End of day 10. I can now twist and touch the back of the chair. Also on day 1 I could not lift my foot to my knee, I could today! Much more agile already. Great feeling. Thank you

    I just finished day 10 and love it. Relaxes my mind. I had knee replacement a year ago so have to be careful and have sciatica so I adjust as needed. Love it.

    I've been really enjoying these sessions! Perfect amount of time, I can really feel the workout!
    I like how you incorporate some standing but saw that some only want the chair. Maybe you can do a variation for those who want to stay seated or have a hard time standing. Just an idea. Keep up the great work! ❤

    Great workout, but not looking to stand. I was intentional in doing CHAIR yoga only. I’m hopeful that the remaining days are seated, as that’s what brought me to the challenge

    I am noticing a distinct improvement in balance. While it may seem odd, this morning, putting on my jeans, I did not wobble, sit or use the dresser to stabilize the process. I am over 70, and that is a distinct change...standing upright and balanced on one foot. I am in for the long haul here. Thank you, thank you.

    Hi Carol, here again, making time to focus and move my body... I felt a little mental resistance but just set up my kit and began. I love those twists and heart openers, they really help melt away the stress of the day :) Thanks as always.

    Got back from tgiv tent camping at the entrance to Okefenokee Swamp. Did a couple longer walks (requiring hip stretches to reduce pain) and some yoga in my sleeping bag and after getting up. Mostly just “hiking” the short off-road distance between our campsites. Day 10 video felt good. Thx. 32:07

    I am glad I started and kept up with this. I am 69 and just needed a bit more activity. My right shoulder blade is sore in a good way. I do feel I have a bit more stamina and better outlook. Thnk you.

    I am really enjoying these exercises. I can not do the floor yoga poses right now but these help me stretch and release tension.

    Carol, I just finished day 10. I have an artificial left hip and an 8 level spinal fusion (T10-S1) so I am limited in twisting and bending but I am working within my comfort range. Down Dog presented the biggest challenge for me so far so I am sticking with the first or second version you presented. I am challenging myself to see it through to the end. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

    Often I find I want to hold the stretch or position a little longer but you are moving on --I dont know if Im the only one to feel this way so just an idea. Appreciate the 28 day challenge, Im on day 10

      Thanks for the feedback. Sometimes we hold poses longer and sometimes we move through them more fluidly. I developed a series of classes called Slow and Short where we specifically move through the poses more slowly. You can check it out at ua-cam.com/users/bottomsdown.     Didn't think I could stretch the right knee as I injured it earlier this winter. But managed a small stretch. Hope to get more movement out of it as time goes on

      @@BettySwayze Glad you like the classes. Engage the pelvic floor muscles to help with bladder lift. Pull your belly button to your spine and squeeze like you are stopping the urine flow. This will engage the pelvic floor muscles to strengthen them. Keep up the great work.

    I love the shirt you are wearing in Day 10 of Bottoms Down. It has a kaleidoscope and says Just Breathe. I tried to search for it on internet and couldn’t find one like that. Do you remember where you got it? Thanks for the yoga videos. They are great!

    I'm very disappointed that this becomes some seated with more standing as the 28 day challenge goes on. I specifically was looking for a chair yoga challenge, which I assumed meant seated, due to physical limitations. Now, 9 days in, I feel like I can not continue with the challenge.
