Yeah the weird thing is I first watched this during the Black Plague in 1351, then it didn't show up in my recommended videos until around the 1670's during the smallpox epidemic, then again in the 1700's during the a measles outbreak, in the 1800's during a yellow fever outbreak, then in 1917 in the middle of the Spanish flu pandemic, now here it is again in 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic! He does great accents but I think this video is cursed! 😄

I totally love this video. I remember first time seeing it in 2011 (omg, so long time ago!); not on UA-cam but in our local intranet. As the video became viral, we Russians working in English speaking environment, used it to educated ourselves different English accents (we've had them all as in the video, except Jamaican). Do you even live in India?? It is a stereotypical Indian accent , used in simpsons and american movies which has Indian stereotypical brown working in shop characters. In reality north indian atleast dont speak like that and i can tell because I am north indian and I definitely dont speak like that . My accent is way different .

Not just a typical "R" or a Vowel sound... Over the years, Indians have evolved a new English, which can also be called cringy, No offense. You must understand that. I would most likely appreciate taking up British English rather than Indian English.

There is no common accent for India. We have many different accents. Mallu accent is totally different from odia accent. Hindi accent is totally different from Telugu which is different from Tamil accent. There are some similar accents too. Like tamil and Kannada accents . IMO they are similar. I have not heard much tho.

Not just a typical "R" or a Vowel sound... Over the years, Indians have evolved a new English, which can also be called cringy, No offense.

There is no common accent for India. We have many different accents. Mallu accent is totally different from odia accent. Hindi accent is totally different from Telugu which is different from Tamil accent.
There are some similar accents too. Like tamil and Kannada accents . IMO they are similar. I have not heard much tho.
