I love this custom costume!
I have a question that I’m thinking 1 month.
If you don’t mind can you give me the advice?
If I buy 9th doctors leather jacket in eBay. Is it will be cheap?
I’m thinking about it.
(I’m Japanese so maybe my English is little strange)

I would recommend looking for a vintage jacket instead of a replica. The replicas can sometimes be low-quality. Try searching for ‘Vintage German Leather Jacket’. I hope this is helpful!
