Icarus needs a lot more building videos to give great ideas when we don't need to rush to get to the mission completed message.

it is really beautiful this house, I left the beginning of the construction because even by decreasing the speed of my video, one sees badly the beginning of the entry of the house, because you turn and turn, and then dificile to follow the video...

How are you switching between building pieces like that without having them on your toolbar? And where is this location on the map?
It's been a long time since I last played, but I think you can hold down "R" to get different options. Unless you mean between stone and wood, in which case that should be with the upgrade hammer. You just need to have the pieces in your inventory. As far as location, I'm not entirely sure, but it's probably in the starting forest biome on Olympus. Maybe the lake in L11?

In your opinion what's the best location to build a definitive base in Olympus open world? With a lot of resources and mines?
I'd say the riverlands, maybe on the southern side somewhere near the desert and the frozen biome. There are probably better locations to be near more caves, but there are so many nodes in all the caves now that it probably doesn't matter so much. Being between the desert and snow means you wouldn't have to go far to get squash and mushrooms. If that's not important to you, then I'd say anywhere in the riverlands that you find attractive.
