You may also find it helpful to work with an established consultancy to secure opportunities and to have a team of other DEI practitioners to work with for support and further learning. Can you share a bit more about your presentation slides. I was trying to check out what they were outside of the things you mentioned but I loved the way that looked and I love the idea of having that PP deck. I can see how that would definitely set you apart from the rest!
Sorry I didn't see this sooner. My coordinator has helped me with managing my inbox, marketing, social media posting. Could also be helpful to others to have admin support on invoicing, accounting, proposals/contract writing, etc.
