Man, I remember the first time I fought tree sentinel. Elden ring was my first dark souls game and I thought I was suppose to beat him right after creating my character. I spent 3 hours trying to beat him, 2 of them were without me knowing how to sprint or counter.
Compared to how I dealt with the Tree Sentinel (use the church entrance as a mousehole to take potshots until the AI broke and let me win), that is quite impressive. At least I didn't leave the kettle on. Looking at the chat at 14:07 my mind: WAIT WHAT!?
I need to go watch the full vod at some point, but it looks to me like Henya got the Rotten Stray summon from Selia and finished off his health with that, timing her verbal assault to make that look like he died of sadness. It's a funny victory either way.
I don't get why a lot of people are afraid of being hugged by her. Sure it gives you a debuff, but she gives you something in return anyway to remove the debuff. Not to mention with some talismans, it literally just renders the debuff from her hug useless like it wasn't even there TvT
It's not so much fear as betrayal. A lot of players went a long time without realizing her hug was debuffing them and felt angry about it. I mean what gammer is gonna turn down a hug from a pretty lady even in a game.
@@Redryad yeah but they got angry about a debuff that she immediately handed a cure against. She knew the consequences you would face, so she gave you something that would remove it, everytime you hug her. Imo that's something a sweet person would do. If she left you with the debuff without doing anything about it, then I would understand if they get angy
@@_spooT the problem is the item doesn't tell you about the debuff and she doesn't tell you when you get it. Players tend to notice it hours later and have no clue what caused it and would never think it's the hug.
