I like the variety and taste of many buffet items on Celebrity. Have done around 3 Regent and 9 Celebrity. Ab out 5 cruises ago stopped buffet only because - I just can't handle the zoo animals who have no clue if they are coming or going. The only time I do buffet is an evening, dinner time isn't a zoo. Then over the years the smartphones turned them into cyborgs, have no clue how to look up and navigate a line or crowd.

I've been on several cruises, and to me, the Celebrity cruise (to Alaska on the Solstice) had far and away the best buffet. The thing I liked about their buffet was that it wasn't all the same exact items every day, the way I'd seen it on some other cruises. There'd be a handful of staples, but then there'd be other items that they'd switch out from day to day. There was always something new to choose from.
Just came off Celebrity3 wks ago and Next week heading for Princess and Alaska .... Never get tired of Cruising and Trying all the National Food's. Thanks ,

Wow so many choices and they all look so delicious. The ship is absolutely beautiful, and it seems to have some unique breakfast items that I haven’t seen on other cruise ships. The Spa Cafe breakfast area is pretty cool with all those healthy food- I love it. I want to go on this ship! Thank you very much for this awesome cruise ship breakfast buffet tour video!!!🥰
Actually watching video and the food looks dried out old ( foods in serving pans ) some of the fruit ( in serving dishes not chilled at all ) just few tidbits pass along thank you
I love buffets, instead of MDR. Why? Because I only eat 1 spoonful of everything. I think the chefs starts out at the buffet, then move to MDR. The quality, taste, presentation is far better at MDR.

Nope- it is $4 for a small cup or waffle cone where you can have 1 or 2 flavors, and $6 for 3 to 4 flavors. The complimentary ice cream at the buffet is so good we didn't think to try the gelato.
That's a tough one- depends on the type of food. Top 4 overall are probably Holland America, Princess, Celebrity & Royal Caribbean. NCL and Carnival are good too, while MSC has quite a bit of catch-up to do, but they had very good eats at the specialty restaurants just like the other major cruise lines.
