1 Tablespoon of Butter
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

A good simple tasty way to make bulgur, once the water has been absorbed we like to take it off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan as for us this seems to improve the results from just serving straight away. I also like to sneak in afew knobs of butter and melt them into the bulgur.
