    What is the proportion of water to bulgur?

      It depends the type of it but I usually use 1/1,5

    asalamualaykum nasilsin my i speak a tiny bit of turkish i am German and live in the usa with my husband i am a food blogger too can i add watercress to this if i wish i am also diabetic and i had to cut way back on eating rice but i find if i eat bulgar i don't get a huge spike in my glucose levels

      I have never tried to add watercress I dont know, but maybe you can eat as a side ?

      Also if you have glucose problem I suggest you to check the eat habbit advices from Dr. Canan Karatay, she is amazing..

    What are those green peppers called? Are they spicy?

      It is fresh papper you can find in turkish markets. Some kind of them are spicy some are not.
