We've got at least a few thousand here on the Roundworld (lots more if you count the Hindu's, they seem to have one for every household it seems...). Unlike the Gods of the Discworld however, the ones here seem to need lots of money. I think it s "Middleman" problem though, perhaps the Gods need to have a good look at the Books...).
