This is legitimately one of the toughest workouts I feel like I’ve done. I love workouts with weights, but ones like this really test your body in such a different way. Super awesome and will definitely repeat this one in the future.
Calisthenics are defintely my favorite type of workouts. I love how everything is slow but very intense. This is the kind of workouts where we can really see our progress in terms of strength and stability.

Was this a way of Caroline saying"Did you miss me?" 😂 After a week of kettlebell training I was craving longer, slow paced, only bodyweight workout and Caroline delivered. I think this is my favourite calisthenics workout so far, I was feelin insane burn from the beginning till the end! Just wow! The first superset killed my quads, the hip thrusts supersets killed my glutes, dips into tricep push ups destroyed my triceps, during forward lean bulgarian into lunge rear lifts my whole lower body was on fire and the last superset just burned my shoulders off! I loved lateral lunge into leg lift- such a fun one, really testing our balance! Overall 10/10 workout. During calisthenics I really feel powerful and strong, it is a testimony you don't need heavy dumbbells to have a good workout or to build muscles. Have a lovely day and see you soon!
I discovered your videos only 2 weeks ago and I am completely hooked! At the moment I am only able able to do 20-30% of your exersizes but I am pushing through and modifying the movements when it is to hard - I will get there, I am just not strong enough yet! But I already feel an immense change in how I feel mentally after only 5 of your workouts. I feel much more energized, confident and somehow empowered - I love to give my body what it needs. I absolutely love your style of teaching and the quality of your workouts, the video editing and the choice of music are all on point. I never felt so much joy working out when I went to expensive fitness studios! Thank you so much for providing all this content for free - I highly appreciate it🙏🏻😘
Every time @Caroline drops a new training session, the first thing I do is liking the video, even though I didn't watch it. They are all that good. I'm not even kidding. Each and every exercise is so powerful that fires up an enormous sense of well-being within you.

I did this today and was not disappointed. Harder than your hardest weighted leg day. Love the balance challenge, core burn and the fact that my face is absolutely puce after NO weight lifting and NO cardio. I think a lot of lifters would be seriously humbled by this!!
I just finished the workout. Or better to say, the workout just finished me!!! That was another level of workout. Caroline, for another time you surpassed yourself. It was a surprise to me today's workout, as I started this week the callisthenics series. So for today I had on my schedule to do callisthenics full body. So imagine my surprise when the notification showed up and I saw Caroline's today's workout. I really enjoyed it and I won't lie, it really pushed me to my limits!!!😁💪
When I began EPIC I over a year ago, I had trouble doing ten burpees. Now I did ten burpees with ease and high energy at the end of this workout simply because I felt like it. You are the best trainer I could imagine and I am so grateful for your content Caroline!

I just finished exercising and it's so rewarding. It was so hard when I worked out, but after drinking protein, I feel stronger than yesterday. I wasn't able to follow the moves completely, but I believe I'll get better as I do it. Thank you for the video.👍☺️

Hello All, I am in awe how thoughtful CG is! She is extremely patient and meticulous coach! A thorough professional! Those of you who are new to her program and may have any doubts...just don't! 15 months back if anybody told me, I would be Arnold pressing 20+20 lbs I would've never believed it. If anybody told me I would be doing 20+20 lbs chest press , I would've said they are pulling my leg. But I have made those gains from mere 8lbs. Last week, ready to go on my knees for tricep push-ups if fatigued but managed to do 8 in a row in 40 seconds ..same with skull-crusher push-ups!! And pretty deep too! I was overcome with so many emotions...Joy and Pride mostly! That's the beauty of this gal..her mantra : Persistence + progress does lead to perfection! It works! She is Awesome !!

Il a l'air d'etre bien fatiguant et pas pour des rigolos :-) En effet, en Allemagne, ça part en live! Tant de nouvelles infections en si peu de temps, c'est incroyable. Les politiques deviennent fous, des règles 2G ou 2G+, peut-être un nouveau confinement? Par contre, on entend déjà que sur certains marchés de Noël, les contrôles sont faibles, voire inexistants. Ici au travail, c'est également la panique. Plus de réunions en présence par contre nous devrons quand même tenir notre réunion du conseil de surveillance la semaine prochaine en tant que réunion en présence sous la règle des 2G (je serai au moins débarrassée de mes cadeaux pour les membres du conseil d'administration). Le sport est toujours le bienvenu pour se défouler le soir!!! Dans 3 sem on aura de la visite d'amis français qui souhaitent visiter quelques marchés de Noël avec nous. On verra bien si on le fait. That felt AMAZING!!! I have just recovered from COVID and it really felt so good to be able to exercise again! Hi Chlo...yes it’s a challenging workout but so much fun too! If you are a beginner just take the moves slowly and focus on your form. Focus on doing each move as well as possible rather than how many reps you do! At the end you will feel so strong and accomplished! It will really set you up for the day! I absolutely love calisthenics and I loved this. Always learn something about my challenges🤣🙏with Caroline’s workouts and my favorite exercises give insight into thone challenges. My favorites of this workout were: 1) lateral lunge to balance stand; 2) uneven pushups to side plank and side plank combo; 3) lunge to rear foot lift; 4) decline plank to pike. Thank you, Caroline, as always. And brilliant as always as well. ❤️

I'm a fit guy and I've just tried this workout and it's one of the toughest I've done. It doesn't look challenging and difficult, but it's the complete opposite. It's such a great work. My body is burning. I also, did your 30min hard abs workout too, which was awesome Thanks Caroline for the fantastic workout, keep up the brilliant work. 💪👏
Awesome workout!!! 35 minutes in I was shaking!!! I was amazed at how strong I was and pushed through! Only her workouts leave me spent on the floor afterwards

Really enjoyed that! There were definitely moments where a few seconds of stolen rest were needed like on the hip thrust section and on the lunge pulses as I think my legs might have still been sore after all from Unilateral Legs on Monday. I love all the balance stuff as it lets me drill balance moves to help with my yoga practice. And my yoga practice helps me get through some of these 50 second sets by flipping the switch to thinking about breathing when the going gets tough!! I found that hour went really quickly. Thank you, Caroline, for another excellent workout!
🔥🔥🔥🥵!! Wow! That was intense to say the least😆! It's been quite some time since we've done an hour long session. That format and layout was KILLER!! Completely dead by the end. But we did it!👊🏻🙃 Great workout for my husband and I to smash and jump start our Black Friday holiday haha! You really know how to always bring the heat Caroline. I always enjoy calisthenics😁. My favorites today were the lateral lunge to balance stand, quad focused Bulgarian superset, staggered squat superset, uneven pushup to planks and the decline pike to plank🤩. All the holds and half reps were pure 🔥 but oh so good🥵. I am getting better at the single leg hip thrusts!! Yes!👊🏻😆 Always love seeing the gains. Hi Matthew that was a tough workout. I had a lot of problems with the upper body I was able to do a few reps and then is my arms got more fatigued I could do less and that with proper forms so I stopped. I don't know what's wrong with you too but I made a comment yesterday that you saw but it still says today that it was made 0 seconds ago except when I go over to reply it shows 23 hours ago I don't know what's going on with it. I look forward to Caroline surprising us with a new workout soon. Take care and have a good one

What a mistake I made thinking Bodyweight only would be restful and chill LOL not with Caroline's workouts, WOW, that was so intense and tough! All my muscles are trembling - what a great feeling to get through it, I know that worked my body very well!! I've been taking a little break from heavy lifting and this is in my rotation for the long term for sure. Thank you Caroline for providing such high quality and challenging sessions for us. You really are the BEST!!!
Had a bit of extra time this morning so completed this workout ,fab as usual ,it always amazes me how hard it is doing bodyweight only work ,thanks Caroline that's me all ready to tackle the day with my 43 year old granddaughter ❤

This is legitimately one of the toughest workouts I feel like I’ve done. I love workouts with weights, but ones like this really test your body in such a different way. Super awesome and will definitely repeat this one in the future.

Calisthenics are defintely my favorite type of workouts. I love how everything is slow but very intense. This is the kind of workouts where we can really see our progress in terms of strength and stability.

Hi, Devansh! How are you doing? I am certain you are smashing your workouts! Was this a way of Caroline saying"Did you miss me?" 😂 After a week of kettlebell training I was craving longer, slow paced, only bodyweight workout and Caroline delivered. I think this is my favourite calisthenics workout so far, I was feelin insane burn from the beginning till the end! Just wow! The first superset killed my quads, the hip thrusts supersets killed my glutes, dips into tricep push ups destroyed my triceps, during forward lean bulgarian into lunge rear lifts my whole lower body was on fire and the last superset just burned my shoulders off! I loved lateral lunge into leg lift- such a fun one, really testing our balance! Overall 10/10 workout. During calisthenics I really feel powerful and strong, it is a testimony you don't need heavy dumbbells to have a good workout or to build muscles.

I discovered your videos only 2 weeks ago and I am completely hooked! At the moment I am only able able to do 20-30% of your exersizes but I am pushing through and modifying the movements when it is to hard - I will get there, I am just not strong enough yet! But I already feel an immense change in how I feel mentally after only 5 of your workouts. I feel much more energized, confident and somehow empowered - I love to give my body what it needs. I absolutely love your style of teaching and the quality of your workouts, the video editing and the choice of music are all on point. I did this today and was not disappointed. Harder than your hardest weighted leg day. Love the balance challenge, core burn and the fact that my face is absolutely puce after NO weight lifting and NO cardio. I think a lot of lifters would be seriously humbled by this!!
I just finished the workout. Or better to say, the workout just finished me!!! That was another level of workout. Caroline, for another time you surpassed yourself. It was a surprise to me today's workout, as I started this week the callisthenics series. So for today I had on my schedule to do callisthenics full body. So imagine my surprise when the notification showed up and I saw Caroline's today's workout. I really enjoyed it and I won't lie, it really pushed me to my limits!!!😁💪
When I began EPIC I over a year ago, I had trouble doing ten burpees. Now I did ten burpees with ease and high energy at the end of this workout simply because I felt like it. You are the best trainer I could imagine and I am so grateful for your content Caroline!

I am in awe how thoughtful CG is! She is extremely patient and meticulous coach! A thorough professional! Those of you who are new to her program and may have any doubts...just don't!
15 months back if anybody told me, I would be Arnold pressing 20+20 lbs I would've never believed it. If anybody told me I would be doing 20+20 lbs chest press , I would've said they are pulling my leg. But I have made those gains from mere 8lbs.
Last week, ready to go on my knees for tricep push-ups if fatigued but managed to do 8 in a row in 40 seconds ..same with skull-crusher push-ups!! And pretty deep too! I was overcome with so many emotions...Joy and Pride mostly!
That's the beauty of this gal..her mantra : Persistence + progress does lead to perfection! It works! She is Awesome !!

Il a l'air d'etre bien fatiguant et pas pour des rigolos :-) En effet, en Allemagne, ça part en live! Tant de nouvelles infections en si peu de temps, c'est incroyable. Les politiques deviennent fous, des règles 2G ou 2G+, peut-être un nouveau confinement? Par contre, on entend déjà que sur certains marchés de Noël, les contrôles sont faibles, voire inexistants. Ici au travail, c'est également la panique. Plus de réunions en présence par contre nous devrons quand même tenir notre réunion du conseil de surveillance la semaine prochaine en tant que réunion en présence sous la règle des 2G (je serai au moins débarrassée de mes cadeaux pour les membres du conseil d'administration). Le sport est toujours le bienvenu pour se défouler le soir!!! Dans 3 sem on aura de la visite d'amis français qui souhaitent visiter quelques marchés de Noël avec nous. On verra bien si on le fait. Je t'embrasse bien fort et également bon entraînement! ♥

Awesome workout! Enjoyed every minute of it! Didn't feel like an hour. Time flew. Each superset was 🔥. First Heel Elevated Squat Hold my quads were burning and sweat was dripping. Bodyweight exercises can really be challenging. Loved it. Feels Amazing after!

Hi Chlo...yes it’s a challenging workout but so much fun too! If you are a beginner just take the moves slowly and focus on your form. Focus on doing each move as well as possible rather than how many reps you do! At the end you will feel so strong and accomplished! It will really set you up for the day! I absolutely love calisthenics and I loved this. Always learn something about my challenges🤣🙏with Caroline’s workouts and my favorite exercises give insight into thone challenges. My favorites of this workout were:
1) lateral lunge to balance stand;
2) uneven pushups to side plank and side plank combo;
3) lunge to rear foot lift;
4) decline plank to pike.

I'm a fit guy and I've just tried this workout and it's one of the toughest I've done. It doesn't look challenging and difficult, but it's the complete opposite. It's such a great work. My body is burning. I also, did your 30min hard abs workout too, which was awesome Thanks Caroline for the fantastic workout, keep up the brilliant work. 💪👏
Awesome workout!!! 35 minutes in I was shaking!!! I was amazed at how strong I was and pushed through! Only her workouts leave me spent on the floor afterwards

Really enjoyed that! There were definitely moments where a few seconds of stolen rest were needed like on the hip thrust section and on the lunge pulses as I think my legs might have still been sore after all from Unilateral Legs on Monday. I love all the balance stuff as it lets me drill balance moves to help with my yoga practice. And my yoga practice helps me get through some of these 50 second sets by flipping the switch to thinking about breathing when the going gets tough!! I found that hour went really quickly. Thank you, Caroline, for another excellent workout!

🔥🔥🔥🥵!! Wow! That was intense to say the least😆! It's been quite some time since we've done an hour long session. That format and layout was KILLER!! Completely dead by the end. But we did it!👊🏻🙃 Great workout for my husband and I to smash and jump start our Black Friday holiday haha! You really know how to always bring the heat Caroline. I always enjoy calisthenics😁. My favorites today were the lateral lunge to balance stand, quad focused Bulgarian superset, staggered squat superset, uneven pushup to planks and the decline pike to plank🤩. All the holds and half reps were pure 🔥 but oh so good🥵. I am getting better at the single leg hip thrusts!! Yes!👊🏻😆 Always love seeing the gains. Hi Matthew that was a tough workout. I had a lot of problems with the upper body I was able to do a few reps and then is my arms got more fatigued I could do less and that with proper forms so I stopped. I don't know what's wrong with you too but I made a comment yesterday that you saw but it still says today that it was made 0 seconds ago except when I go over to reply it shows 23 hours ago I don't know what's going on with it. I look forward to Caroline surprising us with a new workout soon. Take care and have a good one

I do this workout from time to time, as well as her other calisthenics work outs on active rest days. It certainly burned more than expected, I stopped a lot, and I was drenched. As always, thank you for great content Caroline!
Wowza! I smashed this today - with some pauses in between. Funny how a chair which gives me rest and relaxation can also make my body scream with fatigue. What a mistake I made thinking Bodyweight only would be restful and chill LOL not with Caroline's workouts, WOW, that was so intense and tough! All my muscles are trembling - what a great feeling to get through it, I know that worked my body very well!! I've been taking a little break from heavy lifting and this is in my rotation for the long term for sure. Thank you Caroline for providing such high quality and challenging sessions for us. You really are the BEST!!!
Had a bit of extra time this morning so completed this workout ,fab as usual ,it always amazes me how hard it is doing bodyweight only work ,thanks Caroline that's me all ready to tackle the day with my 43 year old granddaughter ❤
