I’ve done this workout around 7 times now, I still prefer stopping for a ten minute break halfway, I somehow feel it makes the other half more productive ☺️
This workout needs a different kinda determination, u cant just do it without a firm mind! Was eyeing this workout for several days but was scared of it. Finally did it today!!! So proud of myself! Burned 667 calories, did 70 burpees (never done more than 10 in my life) and in yhe second half i did high knees instead of jump squats.. phew!! Thanks so much, it was the hardest workout i have ever done!
I've done this workout at least 30 times during the Covid lockdown and it's by far my favorite. I've had it in the back of my mind all along to do both halves with all burpees. I went for it last night and survived! I do 5 burpees every time so did 300 burpees in the hour. I'm worked today but feel great. Hit max heart rate at 176 bpm....not bad for 61 years old!! Thanks Caroline your channel is awesome.
@@tishu5771 hi I do this with other 30 min workouts as well, since this is a very tiring workout I do it once a week during Sunday morning or so, and as for diet, I am not much of a sweet tooth but I still do eat icecreams and chocolates sometimes apart from that I honestly don't focus that much on a diet, I just move more and eat home cooked meal with 7 to 8 glasses of water, just try to incorporate more protein that will keep you full for longer and you won't eat excessively, hope that helps🎀🎀

To really warm up the body takes about 30 - 40 minutes, after this time the body is working hard and is burning fat and works on a high energy level. It is like an engine in a car, the engine needs a particular temperature or heat to really drive fast and efficient during a race.
As @Pat Hamburg already wrote, your body takes around 30 minutes to "really warm up". I guess that's the reason why 30 minutes HIIT feels tougher then 60 minutes, at least to me. But it's also thanks to your fitness level, beginners need less time to warm up and get tired faster.

Hi Caroline! I just wanted to say that as a previously on-top-of-my-fitness-game person, I’ve recently been going through a slump. Have gained some weight and lost a lot of fitness and was looking for something to find my way back to loving fitness. This video of yours may be an oldie, but it’s my all time favourite for really pushing myself. I’ve completed the full hour with a five minute break between the two circuits. I feel amazing and really loved pushing myself to my absolute limits. I don’t know if you’ll see this and I know you haven’t posted in a while but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. At 30 mins I was thinking that will do today but I decided as you were still going on the screen it was only fair that I keep going. You really do get you're second wind and have to say thoroughly enjoyed it and when I saw the ☝️to go I was well please with myself. When I did this training for the first time a few months ago, I fell in love with it, today I changed some exercises to even more difficult ones. I love your workouts!!! You prove that you can have a great figure without using a lot of kilograms and repetitions or sitting for 3 hours in the gym, sport is a pleasure and not something we have to force ourselves to do. ❤❤❤

Have taken over a week off using Caroline's videos for training, and for some reason had such a negative mindset when doing this workout today. Normally I am so pumped and power through the moves as hard as I can, but my low mood really affected my performance and energy. Just wanted to send some love out to people who feel the same.... nobody's perfect but you're trying your best, and that's amazing :0)
Dear Caroline, thanks for all the great workout you provide here. I did this workout already several times and I keep experience it as the hardest one in terms of cardio - after this workout my small towel is completly wet. I do alternating workouts from different instructors but if I really feel like i need to workout hard and sweat like hell, i come always back to this one. So thanks - and please more such long cardio-strength workout with no equipment.
This one was tough! A big endurance test! I liked that the burpees and back & forth squats were there after every single exercise, as it kept the heart rate up even when doing the lower intensity section (eg. planks, core etc).
This was my first attempt at your 1h HIIT workouts and wow, it was a real challenge but I loved it! Had to skip the burpees once because I got a little side stitch after a couple mins but other than that I made it through pretty well to my surprise. 🏃🏽♀️ Thank you so much for these workouts, I only discovered your channel a month ago and have been in love with it ever since! I was looking for an intense 1 hour hiit workout because the ones i usually do (20-30 mins) aren’t that hard for me anymore! First time doing your full body workout and it was intense!! It was difficult but not too difficult that would make my head go dizzy or hurt my body while doing it which i loved so much! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who want to sweat so much LOL. i’m now obsessed with your workouts, will definitely try the other ones next. Much love xx

Omg I have just finished this I made it right to the end of the whole hour, I was so proud of myself as those burpes, I don't think I habe ever done so many. I love your style of training as it challenges me. I'm sweating buckets and ouch I can feel it all over. My belly button was sweating! I always feel accomplished when I complete a Caroline workout but this one really hit in another way. SO good! I did 5 burpees in each burpee interval....so 150 in total. Hurts so good! Thanks for the challenge as always, Caroline!

I've stumbled on your HIIT workouts in the last 3 weeks, and I must say it's now a must do and I'm a new subscriber! This workout was definitely a burner - I didn't think I'd complete it since I've only completed 1 of the HIIT's, but reading some of the comments (especially @anthony carson) below gave great boost, and I made it to the end (minus a few burpee sets). My mum recommended you to me and i’m so glad she did, i’ve started yoga to stretch me out at least once a week and just did this full hour of hiit and loved every exercise, so hard to find the motivation to do exercise at home but not with your workouts. I like the idea of 2 long circuits and I also didn't mind the burpees and front to back squats. Thanks very much for the excellent free workout. For a full body workout I added in pilates exercises for the posterior chain for the last 30 minutes instead of repeating the circuit again. Thanks again for all your amazing free workouts. I know how long it takes to plan, practice, evaluate, implement and edit your workout videos. Most folks have no idea that a 1 hour video could be 30 hours of work. Well done!

I have re-done this after one year … always a sweat feast! … but I’m amazed by my progress … last year I remember that the staple of the second half the back and forward hop squat was excruciating my quads were burning and had to give up on the move after the first rounds now I’m so much stronger and did all rounds with no pain. I can’t believe I finished that honestly after watching this workout for about a week to see if I could do it. I actually finished and honestly the squat jumps are amazing they take getting used to at first but once you find your rhythm it’s so smooth sailing

Hello Susana!! Yes I would normally train 5-6 times per week but that’s average as I sometimes take 3-4 days off just to chill when I feel like I need it! Definitely HIIT at latest once per week (I usually do it on Sundays only!) then 2 x lower body, 2 x upper body but I don’t have a timetable set as my hours working as PT and being a mummy of course so I simply do as I can and when I can do not stressing! Cx

Doing this once a week since last 3 months, lost 50lbs (around 22 kgs), feeling happy and confident😃....Keep doing guys, consistency is the key🤎🤎

Have taken over a week off using Caroline's videos for training, and for some reason had such a negative mindset when doing this workout today. Normally I am so pumped and power through the moves as hard as I can, but my low mood really affected my performance and energy. Just wanted to send some love out to people who feel the same.... nobody's perfect but you're trying your best, and that's amazing :0)
Dear Caroline, thanks for all the great workout you provide here. I did this workout already several times and I keep experience it as the hardest one in terms of cardio - after this workout my small towel is completly wet. I do alternating workouts from different instructors but if I really feel like i need to workout hard and sweat like hell, i come always back to this one. So thanks - and please more such long cardio-strength workout with no equipment.

This one was tough! A big endurance test! I liked that the burpees and back & forth squats were there after every single exercise, as it kept the heart rate up even when doing the lower intensity section (eg. planks, core etc).
Def a high intensity workout! Unlike other video's online your workout kept my heartbeat high all 60 minutes long!
This was my first attempt at your 1h HIIT workouts and wow, it was a real challenge but I loved it! Had to skip the burpees once because I got a little side stitch after a couple mins but other than that I made it through pretty well to my surprise. 🏃🏽♀️ Thank you so much for these workouts, I only discovered your channel a month ago and have been in love with it ever since! I was looking for an intense 1 hour hiit workout because the ones i usually do (20-30 mins) aren’t that hard for me anymore! First time doing your full body workout and it was intense!! It was difficult but not too difficult that would make my head go dizzy or hurt my body while doing it which i loved so much! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who want to sweat so much LOL. i’m now obsessed with your workouts, will definitely try the other ones next. Much love xx

I've stumbled on your HIIT workouts in the last 3 weeks, and I must say it's now a must do and I'm a new subscriber! I like the idea of 2 long circuits and I also didn't mind the burpees and front to back squats. Thanks very much for the excellent free workout. For a full body workout I added in pilates exercises for the posterior chain for the last 30 minutes instead of repeating the circuit again. Thanks again for all your amazing free workouts. I know how long it takes to plan, practice, evaluate, implement and edit your workout videos. Most folks have no idea that a 1 hour video could be 30 hours of work. Well done!

I have re-done this after one year … always a sweat feast! … but I’m amazed by my progress … last year I remember that the staple of the second half the back and forward hop squat was excruciating my quads were burning and had to give up on the move after the first rounds now I’m so much stronger and did all rounds with no pain. Hello Susana!! Yes I would normally train 5-6 times per week but that’s average as I sometimes take 3-4 days off just to chill when I feel like I need it! Definitely HIIT at latest once per week (I usually do it on Sundays only!) then 2 x lower body, 2 x upper body but I don’t have a timetable set as my hours working as PT and being a mummy of course so I simply do as I can and when I can do not stressing! Cx
