The light fixtures in this house are incredible. The toll brothers always come in clutch with the interior design. Good to have you back guys, won't compliment the video because you already know you're at the top of your game.
Beautiful home, so many neat features, like the Batman themed bedrooms, that Batmobile is a classic!, master bath shower is cool, my thought would be to place a private garden behind it providing a lot of natural light, darkened fridge is something new, love the outtake, do more!

Tull designers aren't afraid of mixing a lot of styles. The painted brick, the many tile designs. Also mixing high end elements like large marble walls with more down to earth elements. That might work well for those who aren't comfortable in the very clean high end modern style but I would like to see Tull do at least a small percentage of their homes as modern. I can't imagine they can't at least sell some that way and I quite expect they would sell the best and more or less all of them should be that way. If you turn it around and use this more sandy eclectic palette in beverly hills you might sell less. At least give modern a chance. Just judging by how popular they are on youtube, it must sell well. I think Tull is holding themselves back by not doing it. Also infinity edge pools, I can't get over them not doing that here :) Although it is interesting how complex yards they make. That plexi arch is also pretty snazzy. But the pool just had to go to the edge. It was right there! they had one job! :)
