It was hard to concentrate but made it through watching this :) Master bath is very cool, really like the backlighting on the shower wall and see thru fire place by bath tub, view of the pool and surrounding landscape is breathtaking, as is the pool design with swim up bar area. Can’t wait for your next video!!

Very design feature rich house and it goes on an on. Toll brothers tend to use a mesa palette, tan instead of white walls and I think it would pop somewhat more in modern tones but it's pretty good. They also skip infinity pool edges which seems like an obvious choice from this nicely elevated vantage point. I'm not local but I like that north valley location because you can get a view and new luxury construction for much less than the santa monica mountains and still only maybe 12 minutes from Universal. But perhaps the prices have already started going up. The gloss wood wall has to be the same as ceramic tiles with marble look with just a wood print instead. Fossilized wood :) The view of the neighborhood is a little cookie cutter, if they could break that up, it might raise property values. An LA basin view looks more organic and I'm guessing it could mean as much as a million more. Not easy to fix after the fact.

@@SierraSchottsTours for what its worth, i like the lower priced ones (even though they're all multi million dollar homes) because I get more realistic ideas to add for my own house. I cant afford a $65 mill home but a $3 mill home in cali is $600k in suburban Detroit. Which is much more doable for common folk
[ Like ] :) I really liked the main bedroom; especially the bathroom area. Although I prefer my closet as not part of the bathroom. That toilet stall ....ummm ....I might go blind sitting there. :) I'm not a pool person, but I did like that grill area. Very cool. Very cool indeed. As for the kitchen .....not hating it, but not liking it either. The layout wasn't to my liking. I know. I know. It's all a matter of taste. :) You do a splendid job of presenting these properties to us. I'm sure you rehearse but it doesn't come across that way, which is good. You speak into the camera in a more natural way; not robotic. Speaking of camera (man) - he does a great job too; you point out something or say a key word and he's focused and zoomed right on it. :) And please don't take this wrong, but I also like the fact that he doesn't chime in with a bunch of comments. Again, he does a very good job. Okay, so I am going to ask two questions: (1) Will you also do luxury condos? These homes are great and all, but sometimes a person just wants a little less space. :) (2) So .....ummmm .....what material are those pants you're wearing; velvet or velour ? LOL :)
