As well I’m also Italian and Lebanese 😆 best of both worlds two of the best food cultures in the worlds.

For my birthday last Friday, some good friends took me to the restaurant of my choice for dinner. I chose Lebanese, and ordered a mezze of tabbouleh, baba ganouzhe, fattoush, kibbeh, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, and a little cup of coffee with cardamom. I wanted to be able to take leftovers home for the next day. I love all the cuisines of the region, but particularly Palestinian and Lebanese foods.

My daughter's father scolds me but I love finely diced English cucumber in mine and cracked bulgar pre-soaked in boiling hot water while I prepare it all ☺️ I seldom use mint but it's available in my garden also ♥️♥️♥️

You did a very good job. As others have said earlier, we all use the flat leaf parsley as the curly parsley is a rougher texture in the mouth. We also use baharat (Lebanese 7 spices) in the dressing.

I am combining this recipe with your easy Caprise salad recipe but instead of feta I'll be using goat cheese, and substituting half of the parsley with spinach and arugula. Bought all the ingredients and even found a chopper like your Vidalia chopper in the video! I'm so excited to try this! My dressing will include Nutritional yeast for some added health benefits, and I'm going to have it with toasted Naan and a sweet red wine ❤😋
