I've never heard of a tunacado either and I've lived in Miami since I was 2 years old . If you want a good sandwich in Miami you get a pan con bistec, pan con lechon, Cuban sandwich, or something similar. I'd pick any of those typical Miami sandwiches.

I bet she paid somewhere between $10 and $15 bucks for it and then supposedly went and bought all the ingredients to make it herself and eat it a second time. The overwhelming majority of social media channels do not showcase their failures because they think it negatively impacts their image and brand.
Generally they put in not enough tuna/avocado because that's expensive or go with really really bad mayo which can ruin any sandwich or put a massive amount of bread that overwhelms anything else, just to make the sandwich bigger and justify the price. So that's how you may get a sad sandwich
