- PLEASE READ - I MADE A MISTAKE BY INDICTATING THE RED WIRE GOES TO NEGATIVE CONNECTION ON THE BATTERY, THE CORRECTIKON IS THE RED WIRE GOES TO THE POSTOVE CONNECTION ON THE BATTERY AND THE GREEN WIRE GOES TO THE NEGATIVE CONNECTION ON THE BATTERY
Most Vehicles have similar horn to the one in the video.
1- Horn Harness goes to the negative terminal
2- Horn Ground or Metal body of horn goes to the Positive Terminal in your battery .

Our friends the alligator jumper cable, thanks.
hahah yeah
It depends on whether your vehicle is positive or negative earth. Best is connect body of horn to body of vehicle, then attach wire to non - ground contact of battery to contact on horn.
Thank you for this knowledge, good to knoww
It would be easier to connect the positive terminal to the pin and touch the case to the frame. One wire clip...... Done!
I am a bit confused. I though the red dot on your battery indicates the positive terminal. Why you said it was the negative terminal?
You are right, his red wire + battery to horn plug and green wire - battery to body of horn.
Cars are body earth - so horn has to have a - signal to its mounting bolt and + to its plug port.
Thank u
You are welcome
I tried this but doesnt work. Maybe not all horns work the same way?
Please instruct how to install these dual horns on bike.
We are confused with negative and positive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like a 🤡📯
LOL
@@autorepairchamps Btw, you are 100% wrong on the positive and negative.
The positive(➕) is inside the plastic connector so it protected from accidental short.
The negative (➖) is the back/mounting bracket. You use back/mounting bracket to mount horn to the frame, and car's body frame is the negative (➖). Always.
You would be blowing fuse each time you use that 🤡📯.
There are two horn types: one (the one in your video) uses back mount as the mount and the ground all in one, and the dedicated positive ➕ connector.
2nd type uses two dedicated ➕&➖connectors, and the back mounting bracket just that...a mounting bracket.
@@Resist_JWO_1984thanks for the info, really good to know- I just know to connect negative terminal to body on cars.. I’m assuming that is with everything?
Thats why i was confused,i used to read those comments
