Ditto on the sliding panel. Your white foam will be too thick. I replaced my E31 liner with unlined alcantara but applied a thin black foam rubber first. Hit me up if you need details.

Is the thickness of the material same as the original?...its known for the sunroof to get stuck and mess up the brackets etc which has happened to many owners. But you guys have done a fantastic job, looks awesome 👏 👏 fingers crossed no issues after fitting it.

I redid the headliner in my e39 myself, with some cheap headliner material and spray glue, and it's been holding up for over 2 years now. Doesn't really look oem but still nice to have it black, I'm considering re doing the pillars and rear shelf in leather

Small hint, use brushes instead of hands to smooth out the glued material [makes a better finish], awesome videos , keep up the fantastic work 👍😀

I Bought a full roll of black Half price cheap, The company said its slightly wrong But you can have the whole roll £20 ,its white but it was cheap .

Why on earth does this happen to so many BMW's? I've got a 22 year old Audi and there is no sign of the headliner or any other part of the interior falling apart.
