Yeah NG+7 is basicaly signing up to get 1shot by everything while having to use the most OP builds to manage any fights

Really good boss. The right amount of speed yet not 50 hits per second one-shotting you constantly. Clear attack windows, doesn't have insane tracking, good poise but not unbreakable.
My only complain would be that the lightning phase is a bit messy (you're basicaly better off waiting it out instead of trying to deal damage during it if you don't used the Tear that heals elemental damage) and like every other boss of this DLC it's so tanky that it ends up being an ash of war spam because regulat hits just tickle him (maxed dual curved swords on 70 dex deal 200 damage, come on...).

Toughest boss I've fought in the DLC so far. It moves in odd ways and its hitboxes can trip you up if you don't exactly know where to dodge. A very interesting and well thought-out that keeps the player on their toes, perhaps one of the top five best beast bosses in a Fromsoft game.

Yo i found a cheese for rellana i used the girl who helps us i let her tank the hits and i spammed swarm of flies it worked really good for me so if your stuck maybe try this

Why all bosses of this DLC except Messmer are copies of other bosses from Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro?
Pontiff Sullivan, Lothric and Lorian, Dancer of the Boreal Valley, Midir and Gyoubu Oniwa

2 things boss... many games that are a bit samey are some of the best in the world.
Cnc tiberian sun and red alert 2.
Ocarina of time and majoras mask.
Ff7 through 9
Golden eye 64 and perfect dark 64
Halo 3 and halo odst
Orig doom and orig wolfenstein.
And the other point i wanna make is yeah some stuff is similar and samey...... but much of it isn't. So much so that it feels like a very new experience. Even if you're a lil let down it's still fairly justified at 40 dollars so who cares lol.
I'm sure you can agree with this though. This dlc is a far better deal than something EA would do haha
