Hello guys, in this video I'm said that PF amount will be deducted whoes Basic salary more than 15000, but it was deducted who's Basic salary upto RS 15000 not more than 15000. If basic salary more than 15000 than PF deducted 15k not more than that.
Maternity leave is that applicable for club and canteen also?.most gymkana comes under club and canteen act

I have queries regarding commitments of 2500 Rs per months for accommodation but ye 2500 dena band kar diye hai or mere paas sab kuch written me hai to Kiya me legal action le Sakta Hu agar le sakta hoo to kis par karu case account dept par yaa project manager par because ye log culprits hai mujhe 6 month's se mil rha tha Naya project manager ke aate hi mera band karwa diya mene sab bola ki mere or HR se pre- joining baat huyi thi 2500 ke liye but koi nahi sun raha mujhe kya resign de kar case karna chahiye or kuch or pls suggest me sir /madam

Vaise mujhe pata hai ki Basic salary se deduct hota hai...but bakiyon ke liye aapko include karna chahiye.

Because this is fixed by gov total 4 % ..Employer deduction is 3.25% of gross salary and employee deduction. Is 0.75% of gross salary ..Total 4%

Sir you are telling that pf deduction is applicable on the basic of 15k or more than 15k but a/c to law it's applicable for those those salary is less than 15k or 15k, nd if some employee's salary is more than 15k thn their employers deduction part will be calculated on 15k,
