It's very unfortunate to have such stupid government officers of MCA who just made this hell.
This is the very reason why our country is so undeveloped in business.
Agree with you. unnecessary and useless compliances burden imposed by the government to the businessmen. Businessmen's business is damaged while completing these futile compliances, and all the stupid people the government has deposited in these departments and they know nothing else to do other than taking bribes.
I wanted to create co by investing my hardearned money and experience ,but knowing such harassing and demotivating fines,penalties,I stopped creating any headaches.

Rule 4(2) of the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 (Notified on 31.03.2014) has been stated about the filling of Form ADT-1 in the appointment of auditors of the company in section 139(1) of CA, 2013. Section 139(6) or 139(7) is not mentioned in Rule 4(2) the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014 intentionally.
Therefore, Form ADT-1 may not be submitted before ROC in time of appointment of First Auditor of Company under section 139(6) or 139(7) of CA, 2013.

सर जी अब तक नहीं रहे हमें तो अच्छी जानकारी मिल रही है पल्स कंपनी हमें भूख लग रही है ऐसा ही सरकार के साथ भी कर रही है सरकारी कांटेक्ट लेती है वर्करों को सरकारी द्वारा दिए जाने वाली सैलरी वाह राइट नहीं देती कानून का मजाक बना रखा है 3 बार सरकार द्वारा नौकरी के आर्डर होना फिर भी हफ्ता 10 दिन ड्यूटी दूर-दूर तीनों बार बेकर कर देती है रोजगार वर्कर को बेरोजगार बना देती है होटल होने पर भी 3 साल हो गए सिर्फ एक नौकरी मांग में वह सरकार ऑर्डर कोर्ट द्वारा मैं ड्यूटी भी जा रहा था ठंड में सुबह 4:00 बजे उठकर 5:30 5:45 तक ड्यूटी पहुंच जाता था वहां भी एच डी आई एटीएम गाइडलाइंस का उल्लंघन देखा गया नाइट में एटीएम बंद रहता था जिसमें की कंपनी के स्टेशनरी सुपरवाइजर का सिलेंडर एटीएम के पास ही कंपनी थी और सुपरवाइजर भी रहता था सुबह मुझे ही एटीएम खोलना पढ़ता था आपसे प्रार्थना है कृपया हमें रास्ता दिखाएं सरकारी विभागों को भी लूटने से बचाएं वर्करों का भी शोषण होने से बचाएं जय हिंद जय भारत यूट्यूब चैनल और आपको मेरा सैल्यूट
