I just noticed my salary slip has PF deductions exactly 10% of my basic (10,000) although my salary is wayy higher than 15000 my pf is deducted 12% of my basic.....can you clarify

How to PF withdrawal in Death case
In case of death, composite claim form can be filled online or offline on EPFO portal by claimant.
It's easy to fill and few documents needs to be submitted while filling this form like death certificate, photo ID proof of claimant etc.

But in death case UAN login is permanently closed . We can't login UAN portal. If Exit reason is DEATH
It's not closed immediately as they are not aware of happening or non- happening of each employee. Somebody might have reported from the company as per rules.
That's correct on part of company.
Offline option is open as claimant can visit the PF office and fill out that form.
