      Do it in the morning, before leaving for work, that's how we Indians have been doing it for millennia... also do a full squat.

      Seriously??? She steals our ideas, presents them as Western ones, and you're grateful??? You should learn our culture. Go to any South Indian temple, this is how we worship Ganesha - the holding of the ears on opposite sides... only thing is we do a full squat, it's supposed to be as beneficial as surya namaskaram.

      @@uthrasriram9386 She didn't say the ideas are from the west or east. I'm grateful that she presents this valuable information for us to practice without having to invest time in researching. I'm sure there's a lot to learn from your culture and your elders would be happy to have this knowledge shared for betterment of humanity.
      I really wanted to visit India, the land of spirituality but after learning about how women are being treated in some areas I'm too scared to go now.

      @@ElizabethGalarza1 Yes, she does... calls something Wayne's hook or some such thing... doesn't use their original names.
      Also, believe me, women are treated MUCH better in India... don't go by the numbers, go by population percentage. Then you'll get to know the REAL truth and not the biased B.S. served up by presstitutes like the NYT, Post, L.A.Times, etc. We call the conveniently named Times of India TOIlet paper. Enough said, right? Wrote a bunch of articles about women in India for a US client. Can share statistics. Used to work through Elance(now Upwork), as a content provider in case you're interested in the truth.

    Holding ears with crossed hands and doing sit ups was actually a punishment at my school. Little did we all realise that it was to balance our brain.

      This exact thought came to my mind when I started watching this video . Another punishment during school years was to bend down and hold toes while balancing ruler on the back. In recent time I learned that is also beneficial for health. Our education system was so good that apparent punishment were intended for out well being.

    Super brain yoga, first time I have sen it on here. I have used it for years, it is very helpful for out of control kids. And good for restoring memory in older folks. I have also been practicing Energy Medicine for about 20 years.

    No nonsense, straight to the point video and in even less that 5 min., LOL. And yes, I felt amazing after one session of tapping, breathing and little movement. I've always done the tapping with face massages to help release collagen and lymp drainage. But now I will start tapping of my body daily...I get why the under breath tapping is a favorite. Thank you.

      Blaauwe may be you know less information about india why we throw garbage in River.That's because the stuff we take to worship god like flower and other things we throw that in River (nirmalya). we are not mad to throw garbage in river we have dustbins for that. yes i know that throwing (nirmalya) in river is also not good.but some people believe that by throwing nirmalya in river is better than throwing it in dustbin.

    This sit ups we used to do 108 times in front of Lord Ganesh while praying 🙏
    When we were in our child hood.! Nowadays children in Tamil Nadu don’t do this... either in temple or in schools... In schools it is considered as a punishment nowadays ..

      This is so nice of you! I did it 5-6 years ago for my local students. Someone convinced me to put it up on UA-cam. I did and never really realized it was getting viral until it got to half a million views and someone accused me fir copy rights! 😅 I was shocked but proved that they were wrong and it is up there for everyone to enjoy!

    Hi Mrs Fafard,
    Good evening, thank you for your feedback. In the following, I would very much like to go back to how my energy loss can be defined. The first time I can say that your exercise, have done very well, and I have been doing this for about two months. In the morning before I ate something and used the shower I did the 5 minutes workout. In the course of the day I am relatively concentrated, get my tasks well done and am more positive. Sometimes, however, I have the feeling which would describe itself if one imagined that one's nose is too hard, the upper sinuses closed. I get that feeling sometimes in my flow of thoughts. I.e. For example, I think that I cannot think clearly and therefore my concentration flow is interrupted. Perhaps you have a helpful solution point in this regard, through your many years of experience, and expertise with other clients, I thank you in advance, and can only recommend that I be inspired.
    Ps: I am.now changing the routine. First I am going to take a shower. In further take breakfast and finally do the exercises. I think this could also result in being really efficient.

    Hi Janine ~ I love this routine thank you! I'm doing it everyday at the moment. I would love a longer version of it, same content, just more time to go slowly and do each step a bit longer. Do you have something like that? What I especially like with your tape is that I can hear your steady deep breath, and that helps me slow my breathing down. Very effective, thank you so much! ,

      Sorry if you feel it was too fast. This video was like the first one I made so I was not aware of a lot of things! 😉You can definitely do it much slower or even choose some of the moves that you prefer and do your own serie!😅
