Note to self : tried it tonight it was pretty good, can consider adding 2 more ingredients ...some sesame oil, some ginger and maybe even some black vinegar(maybe)..i used boneless chicken legs

Thks for your interest. You can get the salted vege from major supermarket, wet market, grocery store & even some Chinese Medical stores. Happy cooking 😀😋
You can make your own too. Search for how to make salted mustard vegetables and you will find loads of recipes, it's pretty easy and take only 7-10 days of fermentation in rice water and salt.
