Hey! WELCOME to my channel:) My name is Holley Rojek! I am 21 years old, and I am a nursing student in my third semester, working toward my BSN. My program is 5 semesters long (2.5 years), so I would love to have you follow along my journey! I love fitness and health. It changed my life two years ago and it has become a massive passion of mine. I post tons of different things involving nursing, tips and tricks, beauty, workouts, lifestyle, vlogging, etc.! I’m in nursing school and life is CRAZY. I went and saw my dr and she put me On lexapro...it has helped SOOOOOO much girl. Be sure you talk to someone if you need to:)
Michelle Foiles lol same... I graduate in 35 days tho so I’m going to start weening myself down probably after I pass the nclex! It’s done wonders for the anxiety though I must say!

Michelle Foiles it’s so hard! The stress of taking care of people and being responsible for people’s lives is very stressful! Learning all that responsibility is just a pool of anxiety, it’s so hard to handle!

Okay, first off--you are a beautiful, determined, successful human being. I've been a silent viewer for some time, but really wanted to tell you this because, wow! Your balancing act (I know it's not easy sometimes) is very inspiring to so many and you make it look natural because obviously, you LOVE what you do.
I've been experiencing anxiety since relocating to Seattle recently and went to my first CNA information session here yesterday at one of the colleges. I'm so excited but have been hesitant last night and this morning about the what if's? what if i fail? And I realized through this that I was basically just future tripping about things that haven't even happened yet. This video was just what I needed to see because it brings me back to WHY I want this career in the first place and how well I know I can care for other humans. So, thank you thank you Holley. You are making a difference in this world more than you know!

You’re tree is very pretty, I totally understand being weird and particular about your tree lol 🎄🎄🎄 and going along with balance I totally work at my optimal performance when I have a lot on my plate (nursing school, working as a nursing assistant, UA-cam as well, fam time, boyfriend time, friends time, alone time, gym time - although lately that’s a no for me I’m just not into it right now with only a month of school left) but my best advice is def to do lists and using a planner - I don’t know what I would do with out being able to write everything down!

I've been in a 7 year relationship with my girlfriend and I'm also a BSN nursing student going into Peds and Maternity. I graduate in the Fall. I've been wanting to start vlogging but always thought there was no time with nursing. Cause I also have to make time for my prep and the gym because I'll be competing this summer..

I drive with my knees on the highway a lot when it’s long distance and open.

I dont mean to sound rude lol but i kinda used to be this way always talking about how productive i am and how "fullfilled" i am in my life making the impression if you work hard on everything, youll be happier. Idk im 21 too and i have a family who pressures me to make something of myself so i dont even party drink nothing but when im wearing down, i acknowledge that too. Theres a goal for all im doing rn, but i dont wanna seem all focused on the future and not realizing this time in my life isnt coming back. In 2015 i used to talk a lot like this but honestly i was just insecure ppl would think im a loser and now, i know im not even if i lay in bed all weekend or put my family first. As a subbie, i kinda stopped seeing a personality and feel like im listening to a robot. No offense, but js i hope youre okay on the inside.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion:) I obviously grow and change, but I’m certainly not a robot, nor am I “not fufilled” on the inside. I’m actually extremely happy with my life. I might come off as more motivated for the future and my goals.
She has definitely discussed her trials and tribulations throughout nursing school in her other videos and actual challenges she has faced. Honestly, if there's a video about being positive and being productive, there is nothing wrong with that. You choose to deal with pressure from family, and choose to not party or drink. Some people can balance their life as she discusses in this video. The way SHE does.
