As a lockdown learner I find myself looking for tutorials I can actually follow. This is the very reason I keep returning to this channel. Jennifer is the best instructor out there. Clear, patient and consistent - all the traits I look for in a great teacher. Thank you for yet another great shawl tutorial. It’s beautiful 💕👏🏻💕
This is a wonderful basic shawl that everyone can do. And..You can do eadily use any yarn with any sized hook. I love it.. Thanks for such a good, clear tutorial..
Thank you for presenting another EXCELLENT EXCELLENT video tutorial!! I love this bulky and chunky looking triangle scarf. I appreciate the detailed video up close so I could follow your steps and I appreciate the fact that you took the time to go through each row step by step to ensure we saw the pattern repeats and understood the pattern flow to completion. It was excellent and I am convinced I can make it too! I can hardly wait to start the pattern!! So again thank you for taking the time to put together such a detailed video and being so considerate of your viewers whether we’re beginners or just looking for a great pattern that is easy to follow and easy to learn. You’re awesome Jennifer!! Big hugs!!
Finally found a bulky yarn shawl that's easy to do. Want to make several to use to be warm in house and easy to adjust to larger size. Thanks so much, def. checking out your other patterns 😀
So pretty 😍 I love the cute little tassels Jennifer, they look so lovely on the blanket shawl, it looks nice and cozy warm I would love to make a blanket shawl 😍❤️very beautiful, thank you Jennifer for sharing
You did it! You created a shawl for my daughter! My daughter says all the time, I'm just going to make a small blanket and use it for the shawl! Beautiful!!!
Tfs...i love this...im making a shawl right now, I used Caron Tea Cakes, 6 ply,...because nobody carried the lion brand USA here...i found the caron on clearance...it turning out beautifully....im making this a little bigger...Have a great Friday, weekend...Hugs gb, love 💖👍
Thank you for this very easy to follow tutorial. I love the yarn you chose because it’s very easy for beginners. I also liked the way you connected the yarn by firmly securing it with a knot to reinforce things! Wonderful tutorial, thanks 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Making this now for the 1st time. Very easy pattern. I'm using Patons Canadiana yarn. Making it into a scarf vice a shawl. Will be using the 2 corners to tie behind the neck with the V pointing towards the chest. Thanks darlin for another great tutorial. You are awesome & happy hooking. Keep up the terrific work as I truly love your tutorials.
This looks great, thanks for the pattern. I have three balls of this yarn in a lovely red, and two in a grey, so I might do a 2-colour version. Another great podcast!
I've been searching for a shawl to make with a chunky yarn! I will be starting this today! You explain the instructions so simple for me! Thank you! ❤ from AZ!
Extremely lovely! I love this yarn the only problem I have with it is joining new yarn to it. It’s a little slippery but it’s so soft. I just love everything you make this especially beautiful I love the color
I had a friend pick out some yarn she wanted...and found this pretty thick purple with bits of white wrapped around it... so will be PERFECT for this pattern...But I also would like to make it with a caron cake...so what size hook do you think for a WW? I tried a 6mm J like I usually do but was not going straight...and I don't think blocking would save it. Ty!
I'm currently making this shawl. I'm on my 6th skein of the same brand yarn used in the video and still haven't reached the measurements given in the video. Maybe my stiches are too tight? I also had to take away 1 double crochet from each end of row and take away one chain in the corner because it was way too crowded with the extra chain and stitches. But the shawl is looking great! I was just surprised I would be using more than 5 skeins.
Hey Jennifer, do you think you can do a tutorial on how to crochet cute pj sweat pants 👖 if you have ever crocheted pj sweat pants 👖 before, cause I think that would be very cool if you can please and thank you kindly? 🙂
I am trying to make this shawl and have become very frustrated because the strait top is wavy, and looks awful! What have I done that has caused this? I’m ready to “rip” to get a better edge, but... I used a wavy bulky yarn that is hard to rip out! Please help.

I am working on this project right now! So easy to follow, Thanks. Is it necessary to change yarn at the end of a row? Seems like I'm wasting a lot.
thank you to much very easy work >>>>>>>>>>>

Hello can you please help me??? I think my shawl is coming out wrong! Are the sides supposed to curl in like that?? Where can I send you a picture?
Hi🤗
Is there a way to close up the spaces that’s going down the middle of the Shawl???
Hey Jennifer, do you think you can do a tutorial on how to crochet cute pj sweat pants 👖 if you have ever crocheted pj sweat pants 👖 before, cause I think that would be very cool if you can please and thank you kindly? 🙂
Can this pattern be made with less rows so it's not as tall? I'd really appreciate your reply so I can begin. Thank you.
I believe you said there was like 50 stitches up the side. If I add more rows, will that make the shaw bigger? Thank you!!
Yes the more rows you add the longer your shawl and it will also grow in width.
i have a beautiful 5 weight yarn, any suggestions for hook size etc. THANK YOU
Very nice

Hi there 😃 could u do this same pattern for this shawl with a #4 weight yarn 🧶 too?
Thank you ☺️
When I add three double crochets on the turning chain, at the end of the row, it is not even. Any suggestions?
I am finished with my 5 balls of yarn. I have 50" across the neck and 42" down the sides.
Thanks for the tip!
and? it's called difference in individual tension
I start making this shwal by following ur instructions but is edges are not point. They are curved. I don't know why
If you sew it up the middle could that make it a poncho?
I think you could! :)
Fiber Flux Thanks! I like a pattern I can use more than one way. :)
Great idea 💡
Hermoso!!!!!!
how many grams to do this?
Ok let's get one thing right, it's a a shlanket
What is the noise in the background of your videos? Is your cat snoring?
