Depending on how you adjust the arms and the size of your phone this can distract a small amount of center view but you get used to it. No different than the rear view mirror distracting your view or an air freshener hanging down. You just get used to it.
Looks like you put a lot into making this (and other) videos and I can see that you're a proud American so you're probably unaware (as most are) that these are only "custom" device mounts in that they are knockoffs of 67 Designs (the original designer/manufacturer) and made in China, unlike 67 Designs products which are made in the USA. Hope this is helpful.

I don’t see a mount for 2024 F-150 XL on 67’s website- but I do on Bulletpoint. Am I missing it?
What length arms did you use?
Do they make a mount for an iPad mini? I want it for off road and it needs to be able to take the jarring.
They make magnetic mounts and just use a case.
I wonder if the ram mount balls fit on it?
