I grew up in Puerto Rico, and now a Texas transplant since 2014 😅 In the Caribbean the main traditional dessert would be our rice pudding, which is cooked slowly in coconut milk and coconut cream. So delicious! Of course all types of flans too and the traditional Tembleque 😋 Southerners love their cobblers, pies and banana pudding. I’m definitely trying this one since I love love your cobblers. Thank you Ken for your generosity in sharing your talents with us! 😊

Some people add cool whip to banana pudding.thats just wrong in my book. Cant stand it that way but what ever floats yur boat. But this right here, its the real deal. My only exception is i double the vanilla to 2 tsp
I just go ahead and beat my egg in at the beginning with the milk. I found the taste is the same and I don't have to worry about scrambling the egg in the hot liquid. 😁
